Loft style Condo located 2 miles to the beach

Check-in was super simple w the keyless entry. The condo was clean and exactly as described. We had everything that we needed so it felt like being at home. The location was quiet and we had plenty of parking spaces. We enjoyed having coffee on the porch each morning and appetizers in the afternoon. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo is well taken care of and very clean. It would be nice to indicate that it's on the third floor to prepare us grandparents. We enjoyed the Big Fish Restaurant and checked out the Crooked Hammock. Good food at both. We drove to Cape Henlopen Park for a beach day, tide was in so there wasn't much beach and it was crowded, but we found a spot and kids loved the sand and ocean. Kids saw a fox and deer from our windows. Kelly, our host, was very responsive.

This condo was very clean upon arrival and close to everything. The pool was very nice. Kelly answered any questions quickly and gave us recommendations on beaches. Would definitely stay again!

This property is perfect for a quick little getaway. We were coming from Cape May County, so a quick Ferry trip to DE was ideal! It's in a great location between Rehoboth and Dewey, and had no problem getting an Uber to get to our destinations. Condo was extremely clean and the owner couldn't have been nicer. Would Definetly recommend.

Our family of five felt right at home at this loft-style beach condo! The property is clean, spacious, and comfortable. Location is ideal: slightly apart from the downtown area but adjacent to the main highway into town. The beach and other area attractions are easily accessible by car or bike. The community is friendly and quiet. Highly recommend!!

My family of 5 (Parents- 2 kids - grandmother) had a great time staying at the Loft. It was clean and nicely setup for vacation. We enjoyed the closeness of the pool and the responsiveness of the host. I would recommend and stay again.

This condo was great for my family! The upstairs loft was perfect for the kids (but it’s not a closed door bedroom) and the downstairs was spacious with a screened in balcony. The house had so many amenities for us and it was a short drive to the beach! Being able to walk to the pool was also a plus!

Kelly’s loft was exactly what we needed for our getaway. It was very close to both Rehoboth and Dewey but just enough out of town we got to enjoy the quiet of the neighborhood. Very clean, comfortable beds and new appliances. The neighborhood pool was nice to have access to after being on the beach all day. Would definitely stay here next time visiting in town.

This place exceeds any hotel you can go to. The place is impeccably clean, with updated finishings and so tastefully decorated, you are immersed in beach vibe, from the hand soaps, coastal air by bath and body works, to the hair shampoo and conditioner! They provided beach chairs, beach toys, towels, bedding. It was a truly memorable vacation and close to the beach. I can’t say enough! Definitely book this little gem.
