Stayed Sep 10, 2023Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house had great size rooms, and very nice outside areas to hang out in. The only problem was The front door lock needs to be replaced. We had a really hard time locking the door every time we left.And the batteries need to be checked in the controllers and thermostats. The upstairs thermostat batteries were corroded so the thermostat wasn’t even working and we found a couple remotes that didn’t work because of the batteries.

Reviewer Comments: After staying at several different properties over the years, I think this one is a keeper. It was well furnished with comfortable beds. We all felt like we were right at home. The only issue was a finicky front door lock.

Stayed Jun 17, 2023It was a very nice house. Since one in our party is disabled it would have been helpful to know that it was 3 long blocks to the beach, not 2. And I wish my blanket was washed, that’s the first thing I did when I got there

Reviewer Comments: This house, which is deceptively small from the outside is roomy, clean and private. Jacuzzi tub, open floor plans, large eating table, comfy seating and CLEAN. Fenced yard, a split porch (2 for 1!) and a deck in back -- homey touches and washer / dryer!
