Spacious House - Close to Rehoboth Boardwalk & Beaches - Porch, Bikes & Parking

This is the best vacation home that we have rented. John and Stacey were very responsive and accommodating to our request. They provided clear check-in/check-out instructions, welcome note, local recommendations. Their house was beautifully decorated. You will like it even more in person. Our family had a great time there. We would love to go back again.

This house was great for families and kids! Had a large basement that acted as its own apartment with bedrooms. Great space and bedrooms on all 3 floors! We played a lot of games throughout our stay and the location was great too. The hosts were extremely responsive and informative! I appreciate their willingness to help if needed with the stay!

We had such a great stay! The house had everything we needed and made the trip feel comfortable and easy from start to finish. Communication with the host was excellent—very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.We especially loved how peaceful everything was. Being able to enjoy the beach and take relaxing walks along the boardwalk without any hassle made the experience even better. The beach-themed decor was a really nice touch and added to the overall vibe.And I have to mention—the bed was incredibly comfortable! We slept so well the entire time.Overall, a wonderful stay and we would absolutely come back again. Highly recommend!

The house was just perfect for our girls get-away. All the rooms were clean and the house was well furnished. The hosts were very helpful in answering any questions we had.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. As a group of friends, we were looking for somewhere with a bed for each, split among as many bedrooms, and with as many bathrooms, as we could find - but also with large-enough communal areas for us to be together when we wanted. This house was perfect for us. It was exactly as described re beds and rooms. We appreciated how clean it was. The kitchen was spacious; we used it only for breakfast but it contained everything we needed and more. We also appreciated the parking for 4 cars. Our hosts were communicative and answered all our questions, pre-trip and during. (And left us cookies, which were greatly appreciated!). Being there in the off-season, it was a quick drive from this house to downtown area. Highly recommend.

The host was very welcoming. He quickly responded to my questions that I sent through VRBO. The place was beautiful and clean. It was close to everything. The host recommended a great spot for my family to have lunch at and it was delicious. I would absolutely stay again!

We had made our Thanksgiving dinner here and the house had all the amenities for a wonderful meal. We had four cooks in the kitchen. We couldn’t ask for more it was great!

Stacey and JC are excellent hosts. Their house is like home with everything you could possibly need to have a very comfortable care free stay. Very clean and beds are comfortable.

Warm, cozy,easy excess to beach and eateries. Beaches essential are provided and very much appreciated. Very organized folders for all dining places, trails, sightseeing places and beach cruisers are fun to ride around. Corn hole has provided fun for our family. Porch was an awesome area (with mosquitoes netting was a plus) Great place to stay.

This location was lovely. Close to beach and shopping. Photos were accurate and detailed. We are a large family of 12 adults and a couple of babies. The house was clean and well appointed w thoughtful supplies

This house is so roomy and comfortable. Very well kept and clean (we are all clean fanatics). The kitchen is well stocked with whatever you will need for your stay. We had fun using the bikes and corn hole boards. Plenty of beach chairs for use as well. The owners were so quick to respond with any questions and very accommodating! My only regret is we didn't get to stay longer! We would definitely stay here again!

Our family fully enjoyed our stay at this house! It was spacious, so everyone in our 9-person group felt like they had private space, and it was also comfortable in the beautiful common areas, so we came together smoothly for games and conversation. The kitchen is equipped and perfectly functional. The porch was lovely for breakfast or afternoon naps. The bedrooms were their own quiet and cozy hideaways. And the bathrooms were clean! Our hosts Stacey and JC were so accessible via Vrbo messaging and made us feel truly welcome. Plus, the location was an easy, short drive to the beach and boardwalk. It’s a no-brainer for us to return to this house — which really felt like home — next year!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely house. The location is excellent, providing easy access to Rehoboth, Dewey, and the state park beaches, which gave us a variety of options for our daily excursions. The house itself is very spacious and was well-appointed with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The included bicycles were a fantastic amenity that our children particularly enjoyed, and the direct access to the Thompson Island Trail was a major highlight for the older kids. It was an ideal setting for our family vacation. We highly recommend this rental and look forward to a future visit!

The pictures do not do this house justice! The location is perfect, decor on point, and hosts were attentive without being overbearing. We were in town for a bachelorette party (mostly mid 40-something’s). The house was spacious and well appointed. The private chef we hired for dinner was impressed with the kitchen, appliances, and availability of pots, pans, and dishes. The beds were comfortable, linens included, and communication from the hosts was appreciated. A MUST STAY!

This was an amazing stay! The beds were super comfortable and the house was very clean. They had lots of extras for you like beach and bath towels and beach toys. They communicated very well. I plan to come back!

Such a wonderful home to host a family gathering. Well appointed kitchen, outdoor grill, made cooking in easy. Everyone was thrilled with the accommodations. We want to stay here again in the summer! Wouldn’t change a thing. The hosts were welcoming and nearby if we should have needed anything, which we didn’t!

Great property! We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed this spacious house so much! Every little detail is perfect including a phone charger on table on each side of every bed! The house is so clean and the floor plan allowed 6 of us to each have our own bedroom! Morning coffee and tea is important to us and there are 2 Keurigs, a drip pot and an electric kettle for tea. We were able to come back one afternoon and enjoy our wine on the screened front porch. The owners have thought of everything!

We were in town for a lacrosse tournament and used this home as “base camp” for a couple different families. It was perfect for teens and Adults. Very well stocked and close to everything, beach, restaurants, shopping.

Wow! Extremely clean. Well stocked. Very roomy for our 8 women and lots of shopping bags! Absolutely loved this home so much we are booking next year!

We loved our stay here for a friends weekend. Each bedroom was lovely (the main suite was amazing!) and the kitchen/living area was large and comfortable for a group. The kitchen was well appointed and perfect for cooking at home. The location was a short drive to shopping and the beach. We can’t wait to return!

We’ve been coming to the beach for a girls’ weekend in the fall for 30 years…this year there were 10 of us and we all agreed that this place was one of the best places we’ve ever stayed! Beautifully appointed - clean, well stocked, great location. Lots of parking, and even linens and towels provided! Communication with the owners was easy and prompt. Really enjoyed our stay,

We loved our stay! The house is beautiful and very welcoming. The beds were very comfortable. It’s located within about a mile to both Dewey Beach and Rehobeth Beach so we were able to visit both. JC and Stacey were very friendly and available for anything we may need. I highly recommend staying here!

Our family loves staying here. The screened in porch was a huge hit to talk at night! All bedrooms were spacious and well maintained. The owners provided so much for us, like bikes, beach chairs, bed linens/towels, and lots of kitchen essentials. Location was so quiet and peaceful and We could ride our bikes to Rehoboth Beach or Dewey beach in 10 minutes. Owners were so nice!! We would definitely stay here again!

10 out of 10. This property is truly outstanding with 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms!! And great open space for gatherings and fun times. Everything was great. Communication with the host was extremely timely and informative. JC and Stacy are wonderful hosts and the property exceeded our expectations!!!! Highly recommended and only wish I would have found it in prior years.
