It has a free, public beach that is pet friendly 365 days/year! Since it is on the bayside, it is very calm and the water is very shallow. Perfect for little ones. brbrWhites Creek is an absolute fantastic river and just out our back-door. Kayak launch is only a short walk from our home. Kayaks are available from outside 3rd party and rates range from $125/week to $175. Please let me know if you are interested. brbrThe community has a fantastic clubhouse with both indoor pool, outdoor pool and hot tub and sauna. The outdoor pool is usually open between Memorial day and Labor day but may be closed a week or so earlier/later. Although it is very, very rare, on occasion either of the pools may have to be closed for repairs and there is no guarantee they will be open during your stay.
