Bear Trap Dunes dog-friendly townhouse w/tennis court, fireplace, & basketball

The home was very nice and well appointed. A little disappointed the gas fireplace did not work as it was chilly and the fireplace would have been perfect to warm the area instead of using the house heat. I have never rented a home for the weekend and it would have been nice to know, in the beginning i did not need to bring paper towels, dishwashing liquids soap shampoo TP. None of these items were listed in th amenities section This is not a complaint just a suggestion to include

Charming, quiet, great view of golf course. Perfect getaway

I’ve rented houses in BTD for my family for 6 years and 60 Willow Oak is the best of them all. I loved the water view and it has all the amenities and supplies you will need. I loved the way the screened in porch was set up. I am definitely renting this unit again next year.

The furnishings were so pretty with a nautical theme. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful, great for walks, running, bike riding, etc. The kitchen is fully-equipped. In the garage there were some bikes, beach chairs, kayaks, toys, etc. for you to use. It's a great place for families to stay!

Perfect accommodations in a great commercial. Just as advertised with well appointed rooms. Would definitely rent again.

Nice peaceful community with a lot of places to visit. We loved having bikes provided to ride around and explore. We also liked the workout rooms and pool area.

This was the most disgusting place I have ever rented. I paid 4,400 for 3 weeks and at this cost I expected much more. I demanded it be cleaned again and they did come when I wasn’t there and didn’t do anything, What wasn’t dirty was broken. Hair in the kitchen bowels, the washer and dryer was disgusting. The window sills do dirty I could right my name on them. Cobb webs on the doors, windows, bathroom fixtures, porches. Outside furniture filthy. Couldn’t even sit outside. Dead flies etc. To be fair, the bed in the master was very comfortable and it was quiet. The sheets they supply are thin as a tissue and the towels stiff as a board. Luckily I brought my own. Vacasa should refund me money for cleaning their unit!

The property was beautiful, well appointed, and located in a great area close to everything. Vacasa management was poor. Took 48 hours to have router restored and none of our questions and concerns regarding the property were answered.

We’re a group of two sisters and two friends who have been vacationing together since covid and we had a great week at this property. We love Bear Trap and the house is in walking distance to the pool, where we spend most of our time. Everything was very comfortable and we had everything we needed. Thanks for a great week!

Great house in development with pool, golf and shuttle to beach. House is well stocked with all beach equipment— not typical for rentals— so much appreciated.
