Great service and cozy home.

The pool was not open for our stay so I cannot properly rate that. The home was clean and the kitchen well-stocked. Would recommend a wine bottle opener. The dishes and cutlery were stocked and cared for. The home was clean and well cared for. Bland decor, not a beachy feel. Would definitely stay again as community is quiet and home is comfortable. Great location. We did not use community amenities.

Decent place to stay with family and close drive to Bethany Beach (10 minutes). The place was very spacious to fit a large family with plenty of beds for everyone. Good communication with property manager and loved how they were accommodating to accept two more people in our party to stay. My only complaints was the couch was broken upon our arrival and the upstairs bathroom water was a challenge to set. It was either lava hot water or Antarctica ice water, with no in between. The downstairs shower was great but one shower for 10 people just is not feasible. Overall, we had a great weekend and would boom this property for our family again!

It is a good location. Lock was dead when trying to access the home. It was resolved fairly quickly but then it went dead again. Couch was broken but not a big deal. Overall if was fine for our short beach stay.

The house was comfortable, cozy and clean. We enjoyed relaxing with friends and family while there. It’s a very open floor plan with the master downstairs and two more bedrooms upstairs.

This home is well maintained, clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed and is a close drive to Bethany Beach. The shuttle is easy to get and the pool and facilities were enjoyable.

Great location close to the beach (10 minute drive), beautiful property with plenty of room; but it was not well maintained by the management company. I informed the Management company about the condition of the property within the first hour of our arrival. In short, there were a few areas that needed to be cleaned. After 30 text messages, three days later someone arrived to address my concerns. This was after telling me everything had been addressed. Clearly the person on the other end of the text was not well informed; so I sent over 17 photos of all of the areas of concern. The short of it, was the last renters left trash in the garage, which made using the ping pong table impossible. The kitchen was poorly cleaned, I stepped on a shard of glass, that thankfully I was able to pull out of my foot. The patio area was disgusting, and needed to be power washed. There appeared to be mold on the patio furniture, which made hanging out on the patio impossible. We made the best of it, but I will certainly not schedule another property managed by Vacasa. They were impersonal, never even called me, didn't apologize, and seemed indifferent about the condition of the property.

The condo was spacious; however, the carpets were not swept upon entering. Luckily, I arrived a day before our family arrived, so I swept the whole condo. The property manager was suppose to “make it right” by offering us Xplorie, but it never happened?? Hopefully reimbursement will be rewarded…

It was very peaceful. The house was very clean and well kept. Would definitely come again!

Great community setting for all ages. Spacious home & enjoyed the many beach towns to visit & shop. Nice amenities for everyone, grandkids learned to play pickle ball! Looking forward to a return visit!

This house was so cozy and clean. So much space for our entire family. The ping pong table in the garage was an added bonus! We usually have to lug our beach chairs from home, but this house comes equipped with them. Would definitely book again

Stayed a weekend at this property. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Location is great. 10 mins to Bethany Beach and plenty of restaurants and grocery stores too. Ping pong table in the garage is a good touch for families with kids. Plenty of beach chairs to take with you. Quiet neighborhood. Comfy beds. Didn’t get a chance to check out the golf course, maybe on our next stay since I would definitely rent this property again!

This home is beautiful!! Very welcoming, clean, spacious, stylish, up-to-date modern home. Loved everything about this vacation property! Really felt like a home away from home! You can tell that the owners really care about their property. It is kept up extremely well with top-of-the-line kitchen appliances, beautiful furniture and dercor. Much thought and effort went into making this vacation home what it is. As long as it stay as is - I will always return!! Loved
