Bayside at Bethany Lakes townhome w/central AC, pool, hot tub & gym access

Well equipped spacious apartment. Apartment was clean and ready early for our arrival. Very nice, well kept complex with a nice outdoor pool with a great view of the water. Clubhouse was nicely equipped with indoor pool, hot tub, pool table, ping pong. Went to the Delaware state park near the inlet each day to swim in the ocean - very niceWe were there in august but never felt crowded Would recommend

Love the space of this home in Bayside at Bethany Lakes. Beautiful home with everything we needed. The community pool and amenities were excellent, and such an easy trip to the beach! We loved feeling like we were close enough to the beach but a little tucked away from the traffic of it all. Convenient grocery stores and restaurants nearby - couldn’t ask for anything more!

We appreciated the size and layout of the house for our multi generational family visit. It had everything we needed, and was close to both the bay and the ocean. We had a great time!

It had everything you want and need in a home: warm and welcoming feel , plenty of space for multiple adults and children, short drive to different beaches, and an awesome clubhouse.

We love everything about this place! We have been renting this actual unit for almost twenty years. We love thei unit. It is perfect in every way! It is clean, convenient to the beach, comfortable and we love the community very much! Best stay ever!!!!! Thank you so much and we will be back for sure!?

Loved staying at this home. It’s a lovely condo complex that is well maintained with plenty of parking. The location is amazing to restaurants, grocery stores and the beach of course! Going in the off-season is great because the super nice clubhouse had AN INDOOR POOL AND JACUZZI!!! My kids loved playing the arcade games too. In the condo, the beds were comfortable and in the living room there was lots of comfy seating too. This place would also be great for 2 families to stay since there are 2 king bed suites. We will happily return, next time in the summer!

Clean, spacious, and quiet. Provided a great setting for a wonderful girls trip. Would definitely recommend!!

Overall, we had a good time and accomodations were good. A few glitches and surprises. We never were told where to get our fob to use the pool. We went to the clubhouse, and they didn't have it, but gave us an address on Coastal Highway to pick it up. They also charged $300 for the clubhouse fee. We only had 6 people stay and were under the assumption based on pre trip material that the charge would be $30 each or $180. When we got to the address given us, there was no Vacasa office there. We found another Vacasa office and they told us that the address we had was an office that had closed a few years prior, and sent us to another address where we got our fob. Prior notice said we would get 2 fobs, but we only got one. The person at the office where we picked it up said that I should have gotten an email telling me where to pick up the fob, but I have no record of receiving it. The unit itself was fine. Suggest that cleaning company check out the balcony outside the dining area once in awhile. The pbc fencing was gross, caked with grime. My wife spent several hours cleaning it one day. We didn't use the back balcony off the back bedroom, but I expect it needs cleaning. The pool was great and we used it alot. The playground was poor and obviously not kept up. We really liked Bethany Beach, both the downtown area and the beach itself. Over all a fun vacation.
