Living room has an indoor swing for kids which can be stowed out of the way if you wish. Games and puzzles for kids. Master bedroom and living room have skylights. There is a clothes washer/dryer. There is no dishwasher.brbrDewey Beach occupancy laws allow 2 persons per bedroom plus 2 in a living area on a sleep sofa, making a maximum occupancy of 6 for our house. However, our cottage/small house is most comfortable for up to 4 adults or a family of up to 6 with children. Seating inside is a 3 seat futon plus 6 dining chairs. The house is 450 square feet in size.brbrIt is about a mile to the town of Rehoboth, which has many attractions including the Boardwalk and Funland for kids. The Jolley Trolley runs every 10-15 minutes if the walk is too far.
