Stayed Sep 11, 2025We loved our stay here - great location (half block from the beach) with parking included, a nice front patio area with a grill and a clean and comfortable place to relax at after a day at the beach. Also so grateful it was dog-friendly!

Stayed Aug 24, 2024We have a wonderful stay at Melanie’s cottage. It was a short walk to the beach and it had everything we needed for our stay. It was super cozy and we loved that we could bring our dog. He had a blast at the beach and loved the small front yard. We are already planning our trip to Dewey for next year and we hope to stay here!

Stayed Apr 12, 2024My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Four Houses. The place was very clean, and location is perfect for enjoying Dewey Beach. We enjoyed the front deck and how it was set back from the street. The mini garden adds a nice touch to the location. Melanie was very kind and prompt in responding to our questions. Overall, a relaxing long weekend - we will definitely return - hopefully soon!
