This house is only 1.5 blocks to the beach, just a short walk to restaurants and bars, and a quick Jolly Trolley or bike ride to the boardwalk in downtown Rehoboth! There is so much to do in nearby Rehoboth; including shopping at the outlets, great restaurants to enjoy, movies, mini-golf and waterslides for the family. Dewey has miniature golf and bayside restaurants and great night life with entertainment. Only ashort commute to historic Lewes and access to the Cape May /Lewes Ferry and Cape Henlopen State Park. Or enjoy some fishing at the Indian River Inlet. There are numerous activities to enjoy bayside including jet ski, and paddle boarding. If golf is your thing there are 13 public golf courses within 15 miles of Rehoboth Delaware.

tile floors, granite countertops and open concept living. There are 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and parking space for 4 cars and the combined accommodations sleep 12. This home has two separate living spaces with 2 fully equipped kitchens that are perfect for a multifamily vacation.

First Floor has two queen bedrooms with a shared full bathroom, open kitchen with all the utensils and appliances you need. living room with cable flat screen TV. Cook up some scrumptious barbeque on the rear finished patio with a gas grill and utensils and dining table or enjoy relaxing on the front porch.

Second floor has a full kitchen open to dining area and living room with vaulted ceiling.. There is one king bedroom on this level with direct access to a full bathroom. There is a large front balcony with seating and a spacious rear deck great for family meals or the morning coffee with dining table and chairs.

Third floor has a primary queen bedroom with ensuite full bathroom. There is another queen bedroom with direct access to a full bathroom and a Queen bedroom with access to the bathroom via the hall. There is cable TV in the primary bedroom.

There is central air with a thermostat for the first floor and a thermostat on the second floor that services the 2nd and 3rd floor. PLEASE LEAVE THE THERMOSTAT FANS ON AUTO. There are also ceiling fans in all the bedrooms and living areas and Wi-fi for the house. Wi-fi access will be provided upon arrival.

Linens are not provided, however there are multiple places to rent them and can be easily found on line. You would contact them about a week ahead of your arrival and I was informed that they would be on the porch on your arrival.

To facilitate preparation for the next renter and avoid an additional charge of $200.00, all renters must vacate by 10 AM. The dishes must be placed in the dishwasher and dishwasher started and cooking pans cleaned. The trash must be placed in the outside trash bins. Thank you for your consideration.

Access will be provided in an email prior to taking occupancy as well as the cell phone number for the owner in case of emergency or last minute questions. There are 2 exterior cameras for security purposes.
