This incredibly located, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is located right in the heart of Dewey Beach! We are 1 block from the beach, 1 block from the bay, and just a short walk to all of the famous Dewey spots! Rehoboth Beach is also just over a mile away, where you can enjoy the many shops, restaurants, and beaches as well.

Stayed Jun 22, 2025This was our first time staying in Dewey and we LOVED everything about the property and Dewey! Our children are 22 & 24 and they loved the close proximity to the coffee shops and hot spots. All 4 of us loved the quick 1.5 block walk to the beach. The parking garage was easy and close to the condo. We did not utilize the pool, but we really thought that we would, we ended up having long beach days. Walking to drinks and/or dinner was really a nice feature of this location. We would highly recommend. The owners were very easy to communicate with.

Stayed Jun 5, 2025This condo is cute and clean! It looks just like the pictures, we had a great day, easy, walk to Dewey nightlife and about a two minute walk to the beach. We could drive quickly to Rehoboth restaurants, and would have ridden bikes if it had not been raining. I would give this a 10 out of 10, we will be back if it’s available.

Stayed Jul 28, 2024The condo was in a great location, within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Everything was in good shape and the kitchen was well stocked. We had a little trouble opening the lockbox but we eventually accessed the key. Great vacation!
