The sitting area is comfortable with two sofas, arm chair and squashy bean bags, with a large wall mounted plasma screen. There is a dining area with good sized table and seating for six people and a beautifully designed kitchen at the back of the living area with plenty of storage cupboards, granite work surfaces, Belfast sink and island with three stools.brbrThere is a large master suite on the ground floor, the bedroom is spacious with super king size bed and a small sofa. The bed is a very comfortable super king size but can be split into twins if necessary (must be agreed in advance). There are double glass patio doors leading out to the decked area and garden. At the back of the room is a large ensuite shower room with double sized steam shower enclosure, WC and basin. The flooring on the ground floor is travertine tiles with animal skin rugs throughout.brbrA wooden staircase leads from the kitchen area to the first floor: The Family Suite – is an open plan room with a clever layout to create two distinct sleeping areas.
