Modern, comfortable terraced house Zen, 2 storeys. In the resort 1 km from the centre of Tossa de mar, in a sunny position, 300 m from the sea, 300 m from the beach. For shared use: terraced garden, swimming pool round (seasonal availability: 15.May. - 19.Oct.). Outdoor shower space n 14. Parking space or garage only for small to medium-sized cars. Dimension: height 195 cm width 200 cm. Shop 500 m, supermarket 1 km, restaurant 300 m, bakery 500 m. Nearby attractions: Pueblo medieval de Tossade mar 1 km, Waterworld lloret de mar 15 km, Marinland Blanes 17 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Dejligt hus, god plads og skøn sydvendt terrasse med udsigt over havet. Her var skygge fra 13.30, og det var helt ideelt! Nordvendt terrasse med pejs/grill og aftensol. Adgang til fin fælles pool, som nærmest føltes som egen pool, da den ikke blev brugt af så mange andre end os! Tæt på strand og by, og alligevel så roligt. Egen p-plads er et plus, men den blev ofte brugt af andre, eller bilen i p-båsen ved siden af overskred pladsen dér, så det ikke var muligt at anvende p-plads!

The house is very comfortable, spacious with georgous views and lovely swimming pool at the back. There is also nice bbq area. Perfect for a family. Location is very good, close to the beach, shops and restaurants, but it is on the hill side, you must be fit enough to take the stairs on your way back.

This house has great views, and if you are ok with a bit of an uphill climb, a nice location. The beds need to be replaced, as they are the most uncomfortable beds we have ever slept in. The owners of this home should take a little time to update the furnishings.
