House of 250 m2 useful and on a plot of 2000 m2 with pool, garden and barbecue
It has 3 double bedrooms (2 double), kitchen, living room (40 m2) and bathroom with bathtub, plus a large terrace around the house

The house is on the first floor with access to stairs. On the ground floor there are only 2 garages.
The owner grows a small organic garden that they can use whenever they want, in addition to organic chickens
The house is located on a plot of more than 2000 m2. In the back of the house there is an orchard cultivated by the owner of the house that lives in the adjoining house.

The entire perimeter of the land where the house is located is fenced and with access door controlled by remote control.

In front of the house there is a garden-solarium area with swimming pool and barbecue area with stone table and banquets to eat next to the pool
All the land where the house is located is located in a kind of cliff, and under this cliff there is more orchard of the same property and rice fields
