The house, built by a local architect, is a mix of modern and traditional Mexican styles. It features an artisan palapa that spans the living room and loft, first and second story outdoor living spaces, and is pleasant year-round due to ocean breezes and lots of desert light.brbrWe strongly recommend that you rent a car with good clearance when staying at Casa Jacinta. The house is two miles north of town, and swimming beaches, some off rutted dirt roads, are a short drive south of town. There is limited public transportation in the area. The upstairs primary bedroom has a beautiful terrace overlooking the Pacific, perfect for enjoying your beverage of choice while gazing at the glistening ocean. The saltwater pool and jacuzzi are surrounded by cozy hang-out spaces, including shaded hammocks and a fire pit area with built-in seating. The ocean view from the courtyard is perfect for enjoying spectacular sunsets and watching whales play. The open kitchen is great for cooking and socializing, and there are multiple places to enjoy delicious meals. If you prefer to grill out by the pool, Casa Dia has everything you need, including a built-in bar with stools in the grilling area. There is a dedicated, private workspace upstairs with an office and a roof deck with unforgettable views. Casa Dia is a beautiful, calm space to relax while you enjoy the magic of Baja.
