There are picturesque gardens and private/covered spaces for sitting and relaxing throughout the property. On the roof top (third floor), you will be stunned by the panoramic views of the ocean, island, and mountains. From here you can relax at a second roof- top fire pit, and witness the brilliant Baja sunsets. brbrInside the residence, you will enjoy the bright, spacious design and open floor plan. The Lower Casita has a separate bedroom with a queen bed and ensuite bath, a nice kitchen and seating area. The Casita has air conditioning and ceiling fans and a TV.brbrOutdoor Living Areas:br*Pool with deck chairs. br*The Palapa: This is our favorite place on the whole property. The Palapa is very large, projects out from the coast line and looks out over the water and the beach and the entire coastline. It's the perfect spot to watch the Sunrise, enjoy a Margarita after a great day on the water, or relax in one of the hammocks on a magical Baja evening. The Palapa is large enough to entertain or enjoy wonderful outdoor dining. There is a bar with running water in the Palapa. Don't get too comfortable there or you'll never want to leave.br*The Lower Casita Roof Top Deck: There is a Sun Deck on top of the Lower Casita with cushioned seating around the perimeter and wind protection if you just want to lay out, tan or get warm in the Baja Sunshine.br*Natural area adjacent to Palapa. There is an unfinished area next to the Palapa and adjoining the stairs down to the beach.
