Beautiful 2nd Story Front-Row Beach Located Condo with Unobstructed Ocean Views

erik was super easy to communicate with.his home was a perfect spot for us for the month. the kitchen was well equipped and the location outstanding!from our first morning to our last, the views thrilled with abundant whale activity. watching the sunset from the rooftop was spectacular.

Very welcoming hosts! The BEST place to stay to enjoy Las Tunas beach and Todas Santos. Don’t hesitate to book this one. Everything you need for a perfect stay! Fully equipped kitchen and chairs, umbrella for the beach. The upstairs deck is amazing for suntanning and 360 degree views and the gas fireplace is beautiful at night. Very quiet and safe; you only hear the ocean at night. Anything you need just ask Erik. Very attentive and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Everything from the booking process followed by prompt communication to the checkin was seamless. My wife and I traveled to Todos Santos for a wedding this past month and stayed at this property. Not only was the location perfect for us but the views were to die for! Rooftop sunrises are a must and we could see the whales off the beach everyday. Could not have felt anymore safe and will for sure be booking again.

This was an excellent place to stay. It is very secluded and feels very tranquil and peaceful. All amenities were included. The kitchen was fully stocked, the rooms all very nice, open concept and the views are spectacular. There is a spectacular rooftop with a fire pit. The stars are amazing at night and the sunsets are spectacular. At nighttime, you hear and feel the incredible power of the waves. The beach is incredible. If you are lucky, you will see 2 or 3 locals a day on it. Just down the way is a turtle sanctuary. It is a beautiful beach to sit and ponder how lucky you are to be there at that very moment in time. There is nothing you will need here, it is all included except food but there are plenty of markets close by to stock up and make you feel right at home. Beach chairs and umbrella included was such a thoughtful touch. Includes laundry and any cleaning supplies you would need. Very functional kitchen. I sincerely appreciated the information booklet that Erik took the time to detail, it was really helpful when planning our days of adventure and seeing all that Todos Santos had to offer. Erik was excellent about communicating with me in real time if needed. We had zero issues and loved the stay. I highly recommend it. 5 minute drive into the town, lots of pop up taco stands on the way into the town. This place was one of the highlights of Todos Santos. This was an amazing place to stay. The unit was perfect for me and my partner. It was really easy to check in and very clean. It had amazing views and was a short walk to the beach.

You absolutely must stay at Seaside Two in Todos Santos! My husband and I have been visiting Todos Santos for years and adore the place. We were thrilled to discover this location since it’s right on the beach in a lovely part of town. Not only is it walking distance to the beach and town, but the apartment is charming beyond words. It’s beautifully modern and thoughtfully furnished with everything you need for a five-star stay. The only thing that beat the environment were the hosts. They made us feel like we were right at home! We loved it so much that we’ve already booked our next stay.

The Seaside was a perfect spot to access beach walks and watch the gorgeous sunset each evening. The condo was clean, safe and fully stocked. Erik was east to communicate with and very helpful! A very enjoyable stay!!

Highly recommend, great location, great house. Pretty amazing to be able to see whales breaching while making breakfast. The rooftop with fire pit is the perfect place to watch the sunsets. Great breakfast spot an easy walk away, many good lunch dinner options nearby too.

We could not have asked for more! Everything about this listing was better than we imagined—it’s more beautiful, more comfortable, and better located than we could have dreamed. If you’re looking to stay right outside of Todos Santos while enjoying the beach, seeing quail & jack rabbits from the balcony, indulging in rooftop stargazing, and sleeping with the sound of ocean waves this is the place to be. I loved being just outside of town for quiet, peaceful nights and getting a true beachfront experience. We already miss it, and can’t wait to return!

Erik’s place was better than described! If you are traveling to Todos Santos, this is the place to stay. The beach is a five minute walk. Erik went above and beyond helping me with any requests. He is the best host I have ever had. Do yourself a favor and stay here!

We loved staying at the property on Las Tunas beach in Todos Santos! The condo itself is stunning and offers gorgeous views from the two balconies and roof top! We enjoyed constant sightseeing of whales - you seriously see one almost every five minutes and some are so close you can see the barnacles on their backs! We enjoyed fantastic sunsets over the ocean and sunrises over the mountains! Erik was a terrific host, easy to reach with any questions and check in/out was super easy! We loved the town, local food, and got two massages at the condo in the week we were there! Don’t hesitate to book this condo! You’ll love it!!!

Loved the views of the beach and just a little walk over a sand dune. Views of sunrise and sunset. Property is a great base for 2 people to get to know Todo Santos, and loved the quiet part of town but easy access to the restaurants close by. The unit is very efficiently designed and cool. Great stay!

We couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more! Loved the location, watching sunsets and listening to the waves crash. The layout was a great blend of indoor and outdoor space! We watched all kinds of birds, saw a long eared rabbit, even a gray fox in the yard! The kitchen was well stocked and any questions we had were promptly answered. Loved the neighborhood restaurants and how quiet the area was while still being close to downtown. Would love to stay here again!

Erik was great, and his place was even better! We really enjoyed our stay and will be booking again next time we make it back to Todos Santos
