It has a peaceful and serene energy that makes everyone feel like they are part of something special. It's so amazing for exploring fun and we have a friendly open policy for guests to be able to use the swimming pool, tennis court and walk through the trees just exploring. The casitas are all about 50 yards apart. The ranch and the casitas have never been about the money. The ranch is about people who want to experience something special. After all, it's a working mango ranch! Why rent a house when you can rent a casita and be a part of a mango ranch. In the early mornings, there are hundreds of doves calling you. It's amazing! Evenings can be spent with our chimineas lit with crackling wood. The tennis court is grass and easy on the knees. The humane society dogs have all been healed by the serene energy of the ranch and they will walk you around and tell you their stories. The beach is literally a couple hundred yards - just the perfect distance. Believe me, you don't want to live right on the Pacific Ocean. The Pacific Ocean can talk. When you're living right on the beach in Baja it's very barren from salt and cold breezes in the late afternoon. Beachfront Beauty on Pedrito side **INSANE LOCATION**

Out of the way beach-front house - best spot near Todos! Over an acre ON THE BEACH is yours! Incredible views in every direction. Sunsets, whales, strolling and surfing (between 2 breaks). Minutes from town and Cerritos, yet quiet beaches out your back door. brbrUpstairs master suite has the most incredible views and breezes with a cal-king, it does NOT have a door, but is open to a stairwell for year-round breezes. Downstairs bedroom also has a cal-king with a separate entrance to a large bath. There is a pull-out sofa in front of the fireplace in the L/R. Gigantic patio. There is now air-conditioning but ceiling fans throughout make them mostly superfluous. This unbelievable location is so affordably priced because after making significant upgrades (including a water purification system) construction has begun on a detached garage. While the location is 5 star, the house (while functional, and comfortable) is a little uneven (plaster, paint, woodwork, etc.). Also, being right on the beach in a neighborhood with dirt roads means that dirt is managed; no matter how many times you sweep the saltillo tiles, there will always be dust and sand, you might even see a do I dare say it a cockroach or two. It's not a good fit for prissy people. This is for those who appreciate an incredible sunset beyond crashing waves with a warm breeze making the cold margarita that much more refreshing.brbrOne hour north of Cabo, and hour and ten from the airport, walk to Cerritos surfing/swimming beach. Check out San Pedrito point break from the upstairs master bedroom. If you like the privacy of not having neighbors close by and living away from town but close enough to zip into town when you want this is a great place. It is also completely solar powered and off grid but with all the amenities of town homes. It is quiet at night with the predominant sounds being that of the desert and ocean as we are two miles up the canyon from the beach. Mi casa es su casa so you can build a fire in the pit, bbq on your big deck, or stargaze from your hammock. brDriving Directions: Leaving town on the road north you pass the only other Pemex to your left. Continue for a quarter mile and on your right you will see a small marine barrack with a green wall. Directly across the street from that there is a road with a light post and reflector on it. Continue up the road and vere left at the house with the big concrete fence. go right right after you pass it and on the left you will see the chili fields. Take your immediate first right up the hill and my house is at the top of the hill with a Toyota Land cruiser out front and a green wall. Around back is your entrance. brps. the address on the site is not correct because you have to provide a physical address. There is no address here since we are outside of town.
