It’s a great place, perfect location, close to the beaches. When traveling in Baja is a must to rent a car so you can go nearby and explore the beaches and towns. Villa Gardenia is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy all the beautiful things Baja has to offer. Don’t hesitate to stay in Villa Gardenia.

Awesome place. Great location. Very Cozy. The king bed is great. The second little bed is a biiiiiit hard. Overall I definitely recommend this Casa.

Giorgio's property of casitas is well designed, located, and there is rooftop access to view the sea. The bed is large and firm, and the studio's aesthetic elements are minimal and well-chosen.

We really enjoyed our stay here, a very lovely, stylish property just a short walk to the beach. There was a coffee shop just a 5-10 min walk away where we enjoyed brunch every morning and a store where we got our essentials. This part of town is quiet and not much was going on when we were here in May.

Casa Cactus is a charming little casita only about 15 minutes from downtown, and very near a nice French bakery and several other restaurants. It has a wonderful, large front porch with a dining table for four and two comfortable armchairs. It looks out on a lovely yard bordered by flowers and large palm trees. The bedroom and bathroom are both very pleasant and roomy. The shower gets hot right away, but you need to shower quickly before the water gets cold. The kitchen is minimal. There is a decent sized refrigerator, a stove, and an old style coffee maker. It is not well stocked, and is set up for only the most basic cooking. When we arrived, there were no soup, salad, or mixing bowls, no baking dish, and only two large pots. Most of these things were supplied when we said we needed them. In addition, we asked for a kettle so we could heat water, a pitcher, and a toaster, all of which were supplied by our host when we asked. The biggest drawback for us was that there was no microwave or toaster oven, so if we wanted to heat things up we needed to use the stove. A microwave would have made a big difference in that kitchen. The kitchen was basically set up for travelers who were staying for a couple of days, not three weeks, as we did. There was no inside table or chairs for i dining at night when it was chilly. We did pull in two of the outside chairs to the kitchen bar, and ate several dinners there, but it was certainly not ideal. The small front room contains only a day bed -- no chairs or tables, not even a coffee table. We ate all our daytime meals outdoors on the porch. Breakfasting on that porch, looking out at the lovely foliage and trees, was very pleasant, and that was where we spent most of our time, reading and just enjoying the scenery.

I must begin by saying that this home is not oceanfront (you can see the ocean from the roof). The house rules should be updated to include: quiet time by 10pm, and no visitors, as we were chastised by the owner for both issues. No children are allowed according to property rules, but the owner will knock on your door if his children are disturbed (they live within 20 ft of the unit we rented. There is no air conditioning or heat (which is fine for January). The photos in the listing are deceptive because they don’t disclose the fact that there are actually 5 homes on the property and that all are in close proximity to one another allowing for little privacy. The pool is shared by all homes and it is a very small above ground with ladder access only. The beach is actually a 20 minute sand trek and it is unswimmable (very private though). The kitchen is doable by there are no cooking tools provided. If you’re here for an accessible beach and a private home to rent, look elsewhere.

Spent a month at Georgio’s and enjoyed every moment! View of the water from the casita’s front porch and watching sunsets from the roof top lounge area was soothing and relaxing- especially coming from NY. Todos Santos is a special place that hopefully will remain a restful and laid back place to visit. I’ll certainly be returning.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the gorgeous casita. It is a short walk from the beach, and walking distance from La Tuna cafe. And a short drive from downtown. The casita is very tastefully designed and decorated. We would gladly return.

Perfect spot. Giorgio was lovely host and the pizza at his restaurant in town was awesome. We had such a good time! Highly recommend this spot!
