Casa Alas. New, Modern, Private Pool, and a Walk to the Beach!

This was my first time to Todos Santos and we couldn’t have stayed at a better place. We arrived and were greeted by our host Jackie , who showed us around the house. We had everything we needed. The house was very comfortable and the kitchen well appointed with everything one would need to cook a meal. The beds were very comfortable and the linens and towels were very high quality. The house was clean and the pool was especially welcoming at the end of the day. The house is about a 15 minute walk to the beach- a very beautiful walk - the sunset at the beach was amazing. The house is about a 10 minute drive to downtown todos santos. We had a car and enjoyed staying away from the center of town. There was a small grocery store on the corner from the house- which was very convenient and there were restaurants very close to the house. The host lives upstairs and is available if you need anything- they gave us all the privacy we needed. The host has two dogs , Mable and Lola, who were also special hosts. We loved having them around. I would highly recommend this home and would love to come stay here again the next time I visit Todos Santos!

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Alas. It is so nice and clean The kitchen had everything we needed from a French press for coffee to a blender for cold drinks The beds were very comfortable and the rooms quietThe grounds are beautiful as was the pool which was clean and coolEverything was wonderful especially our hosts Jackie and Bob who saw to all our needs. The best bonus was having visits from Lola and Mabel. Love those pups!

Everything was perfect, but the weather, lol. The property was exactly as we hoped and we enjoyed our stay even though we didn’t get out as much as we wanted to due to the tropical storm. Lola and Mabel are sweethearts!

What an amazing stay!! Jacki and Bob our hosts were so kind and accommodating during our visit and readily available for any questions we had.The home was unreal. Very thoughtfully stocked with all of the necessities for cooking and making of beverages. Washer and dryer worked great. The pool was amazing and very well maintained. Grocery store is a stones throw away(across the street) with several great places to eat within a 3 minute walk. Beautiful beach was an easy 15 minute walk from the front door. Downtown Todos Santos is a quick 5 minute drive with endless eating and shopping opportunities .The highlight of the stay Lola and Mabel our furry friends (dogs) were very well behaved, especially when given a treat, provided to us, by our wonderful hosts. Jacki and Bob have a lovely home and are the most wonderful and welcoming hosts. Everything was comfortable, the house was easy to find, and they had quick, helpful answers when we needed them. Grocery and some great food options are within walking distance and Todos Santos is a quick 5-7 minute drive away for more. The dogs were an extra special bonus, making us feel right at home. Pool was clean and just what we needed to cool off each day. We'll be back for sure and look forward to saying with Jacki & Bob (and Lola Mabel) down the road!

I almost didn't post this review, because selfishly I wanted to keep this gem a secret. The property location is excellent, in a great location just north of Todos Santos. There's a market 1 min away with all of the essentials, and many other shops and restaurants nearby. The house is wonderful. Beds are very comfortable, and the kitchen is well-equipped. The outdoor spaces are very peaceful and fun. Our kids loved the pool during the warm days, and the firepit at night. We also enjoyed cooking on the grill and eating dinner on the patio. What truly made our stay exceptional were the hosts (both human and canine). Jacki and Bob were incredibly gracious - respectful of our privacy but quick to help when we had questions. When I asked about a carwash to clean out sand from our rental, they immediately offered their shop vac. And when I accidentally broke a citrus juicer and offered to replace it, Jacki dropped off a new one within minutes. We all loved starting the day with puppy greetings, but if dogs aren’t your thing, they’re happy to stay with their owners.This was easily one of the best rental experiences we’ve ever had. We’re already looking forward to booking a longer stay next spring. Thank you!

Good market and food trucks nearby too

This is the nicest vacation rental we've visited.The inside is spacious and comfortable, and the outdoor area is beautifully landscaped, and has a private pool, fire pit, and dining area. The hosts were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and Lola the resident dog was such a joy to have around since we were all missing our pets. It's within walking distance of local restaurants and a bakery/coffee shop, and there's a grocery store right across the street. This place was a real gem!

Jackie was there to greet us with her lovely dog Lola. Provided information about the town along with dining suggestions. Wonderful host!! We will be back. House was clean and beautiful with an amazing outdoor space.

A spacious and well equipped home with everything you need! Hosts are super friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Groceries across the street and walking distance to several new eateries in Las tunas. Lola, the house dog, is a sweetheart and friendly greeter. Perfect place for two couples.

This place was fantastic proximity to the beach. Outside of the busyness of town. The accommodations were fantastic and comfortable, and the hosts were unbelievably accommodating.This place came with boogie boards and umbrellas and chairs for the beach and lots of extra towels and throws, as well as the most amazingly comfortable beds and pillows. Loved staying here and the close proximity to a grocery store and coffee shop. The pool is great, rather deep but I am generously quoted at 5’5”. The beds are new and amazing, even all the pillows are comfortable and keep their shape. Sharp knives and plenty of chef’s cookware to accommodate your kitchen needs. Really appreciate the care that goes into maintaining this place. I booked this trip last minute and didn’t read all the description through because of the length of content. I recommend dedicating time to read it all because the property owners live upstairs and they have a dog. Everyone is friendly and the dog doesn’t jump which put my friend at ease. Although it was a surprise for us, we rarely saw them. If you are staying here you are most likely arriving by car which will be parked outside the gate since the owners use the parking spot.
