If you like the privacy of not having neighbors close by and living away from town but close enough to zip into town when you want this is a great place. It is also completely solar powered and off grid but with all the amenities of town homes. It is quiet at night with the predominant sounds being that of the desert and ocean as we are two miles up the canyon from the beach. Mi casa es su casa so you can build a fire in the pit, bbq on your big deck, or stargaze from your hammock.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Everything was as described: very quiet place. Good location, functional appliances, clean bed, friendly dogs. You and the starry skies; you and the blue around. Satisfied overall and will definitely return. Unfortunately, I did not have a chance to meet with Gabriel as he was away. The only thing is almost a total absence of the road to the house. You can't have a fancy rental, need to have an SUV. Arrive at daytime. If you miss to arrive during the daytime, you risk to spend the rest of the night outside.
