The indoor dining room has a table set for 4 guests and lovely ocean views as well. The kitchen features an open floor plan on that opens up to the living room and is perfect for entertaining. The kitchen is a clean and modern space with concrete floors and countertops. The kitchen features a fridge and oven and supplies for cooking. There is a 5 bedroom home next door on the adjacent lot that is also a short term rental (should you need more space to rent out, it is property #730366). It has its own pool and there is a privacy fence between the two houses. There are no shared common areas. A friend and caretaker also lives on the property in his RV. He is the local surf board shaper and repairer of dings. He has lived on the property for 10 years. His friendly dog, Jagger, might come over to greet you. Although there are other occupants on the land, the house feels quite private and is oriented in the opposite direction from the bigger house.

The Wave is a short 1 hour drive from Cabo San Lucas Airport towards Todos Santos and a world away. Just before Todos is Playa Cerritos, one of the few Pacific-side beaches safe for swimming with wonderful swells and surf breaks. Less touristy than Cabo, a true hidden gem. The town of Todos Santos about 10 minutes away has been designated Pueblo Magico and is filled with beautiful art, clothing stores and the famous Hotel California. The sunsets are amazing every evening. Inside the home is loving decorated from local vendors and has that real Mexico feel. Great for two couples or a family getaway! Everything you need for a wonderful stay. The rooftop terrace is amazing for watching the sunrise, sunset and whales breaching. The pool area is the perfect place to chill after a busy morning. Roof top views were great for sunrises, sunsets, and views of the ocean. We also saw many whales from up there. The condo was located in the perfect location to the beach and restaurants all within walking distance. Casa Maya is on the property and had fresh fish and sushi. It was our favorite. We tried free soul and Shacky's and they were good as well. The condo was a perfect size and was well equiped. We definitely will be back.
