Private Villa - Heated Pool, Ocean View & Walk to Beach

The home sets beautifully into the scenery. It is very tasteful and uses many local materials. It has a great flow from inside to outside and the outside spaces are delightful, particularly the porch and the outdoor bathroom! (There is also an indoor bathroom.)If it rains, the rain will come through the slatted coverings of the outdoor spaces. Be aware of that. We loved the heated pool too and sat in it under the stars. The area around the house is not so nice. New buildings and scrappy fencing here and there. It is also close enough to the highway to hear highway noise. But the beach is swimmable for a good swimmer and you can walk to it. Lovely! Great sunrises and sunsets from the house!

Truly special setting with thoughtfully designed architecture and the best of outdoor living combined with modern comforts. The property matched the photos and exceeded expectations.We visited during hurricane season and, while the wider area was quieter than usual, the weather didn’t disrupt any plans. The gardens were lush and full of life, adding to the experience.Highly recommended.

We stayed at the EcoVilla for 10 glorious days. The pictures are super accurate. The place is adorable and clean, very comfortable! There were five of us- myself and my husband took the master bedroom, our teenager took the second one with smaller bed, while the two littles slept on the couch and ottoman bed in the palapa. It worked and was comfy for all. The whole house water filtration system is a game changer on a Baja trip! So nice to use the water freely and be able to wash fruits and veggies without worry. The palapa is great for cooking and hanging out, and the air conditioning was helpful, although not even completely necessary with the beautiful ocean breeze. The outdoor space is amazing and comfortable as well. We spent hours on the patio every evening. The hosts were very responsive to any questions or needs! The kitchen is stocked and has everything we could need to make any meal! The brand new bag of coffee (and milk) in the kitchen for us upon arrival was especially appreciated, as we were happy to have coffee for the morning since we didn't get to the market until the second day. Also- the beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella and all of the beach towels were so handy and made every beach day great! We will absolutely be back!!

House is so great, secluded, and quiet. Short drive to the beach and amazing restaurants. One thing we wish we knew was to rent a heavier duty car. We had a little sedan and the dirt roads in Cerritos are no joke. If you're staying anywhere along the beach, I highly recommend getting a Jeep or larger vehicle that can handle potholes and bumpiness. The pool is the perfect size for 2 people to lay around in, and was heated perfectly. The house has amazing sunset views over the ocean. There is an awesome outdoor shower/bathroom that was my favorite part of the house! Host and property manager were great, we will definitely rent again when we come back to the area!

It was my first time booking with VRBO and David’s property was just incredible! As soon as I booked the property, David contacted me with some instructions and to thank us! I was surprised because I’ve never had a host do that!Marcela was in charge of the property and any time we needed something, she wouldn’t take more than 1 minute to answer! Super responsive! Would give us recommendations any time we asked her! I’m just in awe with the service, the cleanliness of the property, how it had pretty much everything in the kitchen! We can wait to book this property again with more family! Thank you David, Marcela and team for making this experience so wonderful for us!

Was looking for a quiet spot with an ocean view near Todos Santos to celebrate my wife’s birthday & this place was *perfect*! Close to beaches, great food, and fun activities, but away from the crowds. A great Baja base camp! Well appointed indoor & outdoor kitchens (sharp knives! IYKYK) with great surrounding gathering spaces. Would be very comfortable for group of 6. You can walk to the beach, but you’re going to be covered in dust if you do. Fortunately, there’s a ton of parking down there. Great boogie board break you won’t have to share with a ton of people. Hope to return with the kids soon!

We rented this property in June and couldn't have been happier with the property and its location. Communication was excellent. You can tell they’ve put a lot of thought and love in making this place feel special. We primary enjoy spending time in the outside palapa. The grill was perfect for cookouts. Keep in mind, this property is almost 1 hr. away from main Cabo, so renting a car is a must, but if you want to enjoy the beach, the waves, and get away from the hustle, this is the perfect place. Recommend you get your grocery shopping done before you leave Cabo and get a styrofoam cooler. The local stores are about 15 mins away and most likely won’t carry what you might be used to in the states. We made good use of the beach chairs, beach towels and beach umbrella that were provided, but recommend they provide some boogie boards, beach toys and some table games. It was hard to leave this place, but if we ever come back, this will definitely be the first we’ll consider.
