Just steps from the Beach; Panoramic ocean views from private rooftop balcony!

The overall property was very well kept, clean and beautiful. The actual condo was beyond clean and was in excellent shape. It was full of modern amenities that all worked perfectly. I could have lived in it full time very comfortably with my family.

Everything about our stay at Howie & Maggi’s place in Cerritos was amazing. Communication with the owners and Diane, the host was easy. Ocean view right from the suite, you can see surfers and whales too! The roof top patio has even more incredible views and the perfect spot to enjoy sunset. The bright and spacious unit comes with body boards, cooler bags, sun chairs and umbrella to bring to the beach. The area is absolutely our favourite place to be in the Baja. Feels safe, family friendly & welcoming. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for everything!

The view from the property was amazing. You can relax in bed and see the ocean.

Love the roof terrace for sunsets and grilling, very comfortable and quiet…just one block to the waves

The property manager was very nice. She met us at the door and gave us lots of info on the condo, restaurants etc. Nice clean room with well stocked kitchen. Nice rooftop deck with bbq and beautiful view. Easy walk to the beach. The bed was fairly firm for our taste but we had a topper we had purchased from our previous VRBO so it was ok. It would have been nice to have a bigger TV. We had 3 days of cloudy, rain shower days and the tv is not much bigger than a computer monitor. Guess it wouldn’t have been an issue if it would’ve been beach weather. I would stay here again,

We absolutely love Howie's place in Cerritos. The location is the very best. Cerritos has become our favorite destination for vacation. The area, the people, and the food draw us back every year.

Enjoyed ourselves in 2024, so repeat visit. Once again, enjoyed the property. Very clean, absolutely no bugs, nicely outfitted suite. Good bed, nice linen. Great communication with host, and the roof top deck is a feature that puts it over the top. The new cabinets are a great addition to easily store all your clothes and gear wit lots of room. Already thinking about 2026.

We had a great stay at Cerritos Beach at this property. It is well managed, spotlessly clean, and well located just a few minutes to the beach. The condo complex was very nice, the other guests were respectful and quiet. The views from our private upstairs condo were breathtaking. And our management liaison, Nicte was so helpful in meeting us and taking care to respond to our questions promptly and thoughtfully. We would definitely book again.

Really enjoyed the condo and the neighbouring eateries but mostly the gorgeous beach. It’s so long, there’s the busy surfing section but you can walk a bit and have plenty of your own space.The pools good for kids but kind of cold for us .Really enjoyed the rooftop patio -sunsets and barbeque

The property was great and exactly as represented. We had a great time.

We returned to Cerritos this year and stayed 2 weeks. We just love this place and hope it somehow stays the quaint little surf town that it is. The amount of construction in front of the condo is a little alarming. We are so glad for the rooftop so we can still see the ocean We love going to all the little restaurants in the area and were excited to see some new additions. The new closet in the condo is wonderful!! We hope Howie and Maggie will rent to us again next year the rooftop

This condo was just perfect for our 4-night stay. Easy short walk to the beach, well stocked kitchen, spacious and comfy. Hope to return!

This place was incredible. Hosts and managers are very friendly and responsive. Very well stocked. The views from the rooftop are amazing. A true paradise!
