Authentic 3-story Mexican Villa with Rooftop Views - 5 min from the beach!

Location was amazing

We had a great stay at this property in January, 2024. The townhouse had all the basics we needed for a 9 day stay. Great layout and proximity to the beach, and amenities in Cerritos. Easy parking and common pool area was clean and rarely busy. Some constructive feedback: hosts only provided 2 rolls of toilet paper, which seemed strange for the price duration of the stay. Hosts also requested no towels be hung on railings, etc., which is reasonable, however no drying rack was provided. There were a few issues with the property manager not being as responsive as expected: when we went to check in, the general property manager onsite was unaware of our reservation and we had to wait until they contacted the unit's PM to be allowed to enter the space. Our gas ran out and we were unable to have hot water or cook until it was reconnected, which took longer than anticipated. We also had a security concern (which turned out to be nothing - we felt safe here overall!), and I tried contacting the PM but did not receive a response until much later. Understandable as I was reaching out at an odd hour, but if you advertise being contactable 24/7, guests should expect to have alternate contact numbers if PM not available. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would return - but constructive feedback is important in order to improve future guests' experiences. Thank you for hosting us at your property!

Great location, soft sheets, comfortable beds, nice outdoor space, overall wonderful space for 5 adults to share a holiday week together.Only challenge was the stove- couldn’t cook a meal that required use of more than 1 burner or burner and stove. We made do but would have cooked more meals if it worked well.

Rental was perfect for our family! Close to the pool and just a short walk to the beach and restaurant. Property manager was always quick to respond and always took care of us.

Great place to stay. Two great restaurants: Barracuda & Chockos. Loved the pool and hot tub. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed the patio, it was quiet and fairly private. It was nice that it was an end unit, we enjoyed the morning sunlight on the patio. We had 3 teenage boys who surfed every day, the walk was just short enough to be convenient. Napoli pizza next door at the pool was wonderful. The owners provided 5 gallon filtered water jugs and ice was in the freezer which was great to arrive to on such a hot day.

Great property and met our needs perfectly. Only needed to turn on some AC at night. The patio was particularly great for breakfast and relaxing. An easy walk to the beach and neighboring restaurants.

Excellent location! Very clean. The owner got back to me quickly with all of my questions. This is not a single home...it is attached and is located in a community with a community pool. We loved it and would stay here again with no hesitation! Quick walk to the beach and several restaurants.

We had a wonderful family trip. The property managers were attentive and helpful. The house was great. The oven needs to be reconfigured to get the gas to work sufficiently but that should be an easy fix. The pool and hot tub are great. It's a short walk to the beach. The pizza is delicious. A great trip. Highly recommend.
