Wake up to the water. Tucked on a quiet cove of Lake Hamilton, this two-level, 3,978-square-foot lake house was built for groups who want the whole trip; not just a place to sleep. Grab the kayaks and paddle out from your own swim dock, cast a line off the covered boat slip, or just float in the fenced, heated pool while the kids test their aim at the mini putting green. When thesun goes down, the string lights click on automatically and the fire pit takes over.

Sleeping for 10, spread across two easy floors

Three full bathrooms total. The lower level with its own kitchen, living space, and game room has a ground-level walk-out entrance on one side of the home, so you can move between the pool, patio, and downstairs living space without a single step.

Two full kitchens, two full laundry rooms; because groups this size need room to spread out

Both levels come fully equipped: dishes, cookware, a blender, crockpot, coffee maker with coffee provided, ice maker, toaster, kettle, and even wine glasses and an opener for the adults. No fighting over counter space when half the group wants breakfast and the other half wants to sleep in.

A game room built for a rainy day or just because

Pool table, shuffleboard, a mini putting green, ring toss, and two working arcade cabinets (Big Buck Hunter and Ms. Pac-Man) mean the fun doesn't stop when everyone's ready to come in from the water. Smart TVs are set up throughout the house, including one on the covered patio for outdoor movie nights.

Life on the water

Three kayaks and life jackets are provided, along with a private swim dock and a covered boat slip if you're bringing your own boat. Even when the lake gets drawn down seasonally, this cove holds water year-round, so fishing and kayaking stay on the table.

Outdoor living, covered and uncovered

Between the covered patio/lanai, the uncovered deck, the balcony, and the fully fenced private yard, there's a spot for every kind of afternoon. The dual propane/charcoal grill (propane provided) is ready for cookouts, and a corn hole set rounds out the yard games.

Comfort essentials, handled

Linens, bath towels, and dedicated pool/beach towels are all provided, along with a stocked laundry setup, basic toiletries, a hairdryer, iron and board, and extra pillows and blankets. Fast WiFi runs the whole house thanks to extenders on both levels, and a dedicated desk and laptop-friendly space make this a real option for anyone who needs to sneak in a few work hours.

Parking for the whole crew

The driveway comfortably fits up to six vehicles, plus one more in the attached garage, no scrambling to figure out where everyone parks.

Minutes from downtown Hot Springs

You're a short drive from Hot Springs National Park, downtown's historic Bathhouse Row, Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort, and the area's restaurants and shops — close enough for a night out, far enough to feel like your own private cove.

***Please be aware of the local wildlife around the house, including deers, bears, snakes, geese, etc.. While these animals are a beautiful part of nature, they can also pose risks. Keep a safe distance, avoid leaving food outside and be cautious when walking in the area.***
