We would love to share our home with you! The house is located in Johnson Ranch, 50 minutes from Phoenix's Sky Harbor Airport or 20 minutes from Mesa Gateway Airport. It's close to Frys, Walgreens, McDonalds, Jack in the Box, Pizza Hut and many others.brbrWe just had a pool installed Dec 2023 Unfortunately we cannot guarantee the pool can be heated during winter months. Backyard work, new gazebo and furniture done April 2024.brExterior of our home was painted Oct 2022. Interior was painted in 2019. Our home is fully furnished, living room has a 65 tv and includes wireless internet. The master bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite with soaker tub, walk in shower, and large walk-in closet. The other two bedrooms have queen size beds. All three bedrooms have ceiling fans. brThe house is equipped with a washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, AC, Keurig, and much more for your convenience. brYou will have access to Johnson Ranch amenities which include 3 community pools, various playgrounds, a 9 hole pitch and putt course, a catch and release lake, tennis courts (that double as pickleball courts), basketball courts, sand volleyball, and a Frisbee golf course.
