For hot tub:brbr- The hot tub is regularly maintained after every guest`s check-out. However, if you leave it partially filled with dirt and trash scattered around, a fee of $350 will be imposed to cover the cost of draining and refilling the hot tub, as charged by the hot tub company. brbr- Children are under constant supervision and are never left alone. Diving, jumping, or frequently entering and exiting the tub should be avoided. brbr20. To maintain the integrity of our home and neighborhood, all guests must agree to the following standards prior to arrival:brbr-AGE REQUIREMENT: The primary renter must be 25+ years old and present for the duration of the reservation.brbr-OCCUPANCY LIMITS: Maximum overnight occupancy is strictly limited to 16 guests total (with a maximum of 10 adults). Up to 4 daytime visitors are permitted only with prior written host approval.brbr-NO PARTIES OR EVENTS: We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for parties, events, commercial gatherings, or unapproved outside vendors (including DJs or live bands).brbr-NEIGHBORHOOD QUIET HOURS: Local noise ordinances are strictly enforced. Quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please keep outdoor music and voices respectful at all times.brbr-PET & SMOKE-FREE: To accommodate guests with severe allergies, pets and smoking/vaping of any kind are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.brbr-SAFETY & AMENITIES: Children must be supervised at all times, particularly around the resort pool, rock waterslide, and deep end. For safety and liability reasons, tampering with pool equipment, breaker boxes, or security cameras is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the stay.brbr-TRASH MANAGEMENT: Please utilize the designated recycling and trash bins.
