Stayed Apr 15, 2026This is a nice place, the owner's obviously have not been there in months as the cob Webb's were everywhere, there were ear wigs and some ants on the floor in the master bedroom and kitchen. Day 2 of our 6 day stay the dishwasher broke and after a few calls with maintenance guys, they never came out to fix it and didn't seem to care much. The owner had a Ryobi blower and a broom so I spent some time cleaning the cob web's inside and then spent a couple hours outside blowing leaves and debris away from the pool and flower beds. Overall an awesome place but the property management company is failing these owners.

Stayed Dec 23, 2025Fantastic house, super clean. Excellent location, near walking pads and a nice man-made lake. The living room has huge sliding doors open up into the backyard that overlooks a lake. The beds were very comfortable. This place is fantastic and we would highly recommend it and absolutely stay there again.

Stayed Jul 1, 2025We rented this home specifically for the pool. It was not maintained correctly nor did the pool system function well. The water cloudy and stagnant fpr the duration of our stay. We reported our concerns numerous times and nothing was resolved.

Stayed Oct 3, 2024The house was just as pictured. Very clean and organized! I like the labeling of the light switches so you knew what was what. The place was very clean. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. Nice walking paths. Close to a lot of places. The backyard and pool were so relaxing and refreshing in the hot Arizona temperatures. I would definitely stay at this property again. Myself and guest were very happy.
