The home is also great for small groups. We are on 6 acres with 100’s of acres of state land and hiking right out the back yard to explore. This is a place to escape from the rush of life & relax. The city, with shopping, restaurants, river walk, museums and night life is a beautiful 17-20 minute drive & we often see Denali.brbr2700 Sq Ft home with a large smart TV. We have a fully equipped kitchen.brMaster has a King bed, & 3 twin beds. brBedroom 2 has a queen and a full bed. Bedroom 3 has a twin on top & full on bottom bunk bed set. brbrGuests have access to the entire home.brbrWe will be available via text or phone call. staff are in town and are about 20 minutes away if we are needed on the property. We have a security system that allows us to view the outside of the property if there are issues. Secure key-less entry allows guests to remotely check in with us.brbrThe home is located about a mile out of the area known as Fox. brThe Silver Gulch Brewery, and The Turtle Club Restaurant are within a mile and a half from the home.brbrHiking, fishing, golfing, skiing and more are all close by as well.brbrWe have plenty of parking for you and your group while you are here at our home.brbrThe home is located right off the main highway, easily accessible by vehicle. If you are travelling with little ones we do have a high chair at the home, and pack and play available upon request. br brThe home is located on the westside of Fairbanks and is close to downtown, grocery stores, The University of Alaska Museum and other local attractions. Chena Hot Springs is about 1 hour away and Denali National Park is about 2.5 hours away. The bus line and bike paths are just one block away! br brAre you traveling with a large group !
