This two bedroom, two bathroom 3rd floor unit at Phoenix VII has great views of the gulf and beach. brbrWe purchased this condo in April, 2021, and our makeover will hopefully provide a comfortable and cozy place for you to vacation. The entire condo has been repainted, including the ceilings. Other updates include replacing the carpets in the bedrooms with luxury vinyl plank, new beds, and new ceiling fans. In addition, there are new appliances throughout including refrigerator, stove, microwave, dish washer and clothes dryer. We also added a new dining room table, coffee table, end tables and bar stools. The balcony also has brand new furniture. We installed a new key-less entry for your convenience. All rooms are furnished in blues and earth tones and have new pictures and accessories.brbrAdditional renovations were done from January through March, 2022. Thanks to our property managers, we were able to completely redo both bathrooms. This work included two new showers and a bathtub, new vanities and countertops, new lights, new mirrors, new medicine cabinets and two new toilets. In addition, we purchased new drapes throughout, pictures, living room furniture and a new smart television in the living room. The bedrooms both have televisions and are equipped with fire sticks. brbrAmenities include: pack ‘n play for infants, washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, hairdryers in both bathrooms, indoor/outdoor pools, hot tubs, sauna, exercise room, tennis courts, racquetball court, pickle ball courts, shuffleboard court and grills. We are located next door to the 'world famous' Flora-Bama bar. br2 Flora-Bama restaurants and a Waffle House just across the street. Flora-Bama liquor store is across the street, too. This place has it all. Great beach and beach frontage, a huge outdoor zero entry pool, a brand new splash pad(being built now) large indoor pool with 3 jacuzzis, 2 tennis courts, Raquet ball courts, and a spacious exercise room with sauna. The boardwalk is one of the shortest I have seen and was a reason we bought at this complex. No long hauls with kids, coolers, and everything else we lug to the beach. Adjacent parking deck to the building and parking passes are $60 per car for your entire stay, not daily. There is security here 24/7 as well as a brand new BBQ area with grills, granite countertops, and sinks. brbr Jet skis and boat rentals are available across the street and all imaginable amenities are within a couple of miles in either direction, including some of the areas best restaurants. br Summer weekly rental available at competitive rates.br OWA theme park just opened in Foley, too.
