This two bedroom, two bathroom 3rd floor unit at Phoenix VII has great views of the gulf and beach.
We purchased this condo in April, 2021, and our makeover will hopefully provide a comfortable and cozy place for you to vacation. The entire condo has been repainted, including the ceilings. Stayed Jun 18, 2025This location was great for the ages of our kiddos (7,5,2) everything was within a 10 min driving distance. There were things to do just to take a break from the sun and heat. Loved that the majority of the pool was under 4 foot deep. Getting to the ocean is a bit of a walk but the bridge going out was very nice with multiple hoses to rinse off at. Cindy (the host) was very organized and quick to respond to any needs or questions I had.

Stayed Oct 5, 2024The condo was clean and well equipped. The host had excellent communication and i would stay here again. Great location, near Zekes, and good restaurants. We always love staying at the Pheonix VII. Grounds are clean, indoor pool is warm, and the beach is beautiful.

Stayed Jul 21, 2023This condo worked perfectly for our family! Our kids had their own bedroom with a TV, where they could relax, while we had our own space. The place was clean and had everything we needed. Location was great to everything as well! We enjoyed our stay very much!
