While you are here be sure to enjoy the Jacuzzi tub in the primary bath take advantage of the wet bar. This smoke-free unit features upscale furnishings serene and calming colors lavish bedding and full size washer/dryer. brbrFree Public WiFi in all condos public areas and even as far as the beach! brbrThe San Carlos HOA has notified us that they will begin making repairs to balcony ceilings and north walkways between the dates of March 24 through early May. Periods of increased noise levels can be expected during the day. All work can be completed without entering the individual unit balconies; however, swing stages will be in use on the property. No closures to the premises are expected at this time.brbrParking is at a premium so a 2 car limit is strictly enforced. No boats RV's or trailers are permitted.
