Great location and beach setup! We loved watching dolphins swim by watching carefully put the condo windows. Everything we needed was in the condo, and it was clean and well-appointed. Took a walk each morning and night and got to see a sea turtle hatch release. Would definitely book here again for a return visit to Gulf Shores.

We thoroughly enjoyed this vacation rental! The views from this top floor condo are breathtaking! We spent many mornings sitting in the “egg chair” rocking chairs watching the dolphins play in the gulf. The beds were comfortable and we loved the furnishings. The beach was crowded everywhere EXCEPT in front of our condo. The pool was great and was never crowded and you never had to wait for the elevator. We will definitely be back!

Horrible!!!! Contact paper on the side of fridge, blind broken in 2nd bedroom. rust inside microwave, front door was in bad shape, doors under beds, 2nd bath very outdated, coffee maker switch broken.And the musty smell was horrendous!!!

This property is not maintained. Examples: Blind in second bedroom broke, doors under beds, microwave rusted inside, stove under hood filter filthy, contact paper on entire side of fridge, towel holder in master pulling from wall,broken beach accessories second bath doesnt look like any upgrades done ever. Very disappointed and angry. This is not what you expect after planning for a year for a vacation.

Our stay was simply amazing! The condo exceeded our expectations with its perfect size, cleanliness, and modern updates. The ocean view was stunning—truly a highlight of our trip! The large sliding windows brought the outside in and made it even more special.

The condo itself was very nice, beautiful views that we got to see dolphins every morning and evening from. Plenty of space. Beds were comfortable. The only down fall was the fact that the elevator shaft is right above room and all you heard was the gears and it going up and down. People started on it at 6am and the noise would wake everyone up and it went on until late. A condo owner had a dog and it pooped in the elevator and someone stepped in it and it remained on the rug for days.

This condo was lovely. From the living room and master bedroom, you looked out onto the ocean; almost like being on a cruise ship. Everything was bright and beachy. Great few days!

The property was very clean and the view of the ocean was amazing from the balcony. Overall great location to restaurants, shopping and beach. Would stay here again.

We had a few issues with washer and electric outlets and tv reception. Jessica was as helpful as could be but we had 3 days we had to be tied up waiting for service calls. All in all we had a wonderful time!

The condo was exactly as describe, very well furnished with all the comforts of home. Kitchen was well stocked; with everything we needed. The weather was great, with the beach being easy to access. Neighbors were very friendly. We look forward to coming back next year. Bruce & Mary

The condo is in a perfect location & right on the beach! View is amazing. Relaxing sitting with your favorite beverage & watching the waves. Furnishings great & kitchen stocked with a lot of pans , utensils & appliances.

The kitchen utensils were not in good condition. The oven took too long to preheat. The light in the fridge did not work. The exterior door was not easy to operate. This unit was showing its age. On the flip side the laundry unit worked great! The condo wasn’t very busy overall and we spent a lot of time in the pool by ourselves.

We really liked the condo except for one minor issue. The pictures make it look like there is a balcony, but in reality you have to open the hurricane windows to the living room and turn off or up (warmer) the AC to enjoy the ocean breeze from the unit. Overall very relaxing stay. And very nice place. We had a great week.

Our family enjoyed our time at Gulf shores. The location was perfect with easy access to the pool and beach. We appreciated that beach chairs and umbrellas, as well as a wagon, were included with the unit. The bunk beds were perfect for the kids. While clean, a fresh coat of paint in the kitchenette would really help the overall appearance of the unit. We would stay here again.

Had a great time staying in this beautiful condo in Gulf Shores! Condo was very clean and was a great location. Great ocean view to watch the dolphins every morning. Easy to transition from the ocean to the pool. Family had a great time and was very comfortable here. Highly recommend!

We love staying at Edgewater. Family own two condos there so we make it a family affair for the 4 th.

Wonderful and inviting stay. Great views and relaxing environment. Could’ve been a little cleaner.

Even with double red flags on the beach we still were able to be comfortable and happy during our stay
