Any staining, markings, or damage requiring extra cleaning or repairs will be charged to the guest.brbrGlitter is almost impossible to remove and will result in a $1,000 fine to cover excess cleaning. Do not use any temporary or permanent hair dye or other dye products in the rental. Evidence of dye will result in a $500 fine or more if damage occurs to sinks, floors, carpets, bedding, towels, or other surfaces.brbr#9 - Absolutely no fireworks or ATV`s in the community. It is illegal on the beach too! brbr#10 - There are 3 cameras on the exterior of the property for your protection. There is one at each door and one on the underpinning of the house. Unauthorized fires will be charged $100 plus any additional damages. Please use the charcoal grill provided for barbequing (must bring your own charcoal). Please do not throw trash over any deck or balcony as, aside from destroying the property and blowing into other yards, will attract bugs and animals. Please use the trash cans in the house and when full put the bag in the bins under the house. Please DO NOT put the trash bags on top or outside of the bins. brTrash pick-up is Wednesdays and Saturdays from March - Labor Day and Mondays and Thursdays from September - February. Because trash pickups are only twice weekly, you may arrive with trash bags in the bins outside. You need not worry about the trash pick-up on your vacation, however, as I have a service that will take care of bringing the bins out to the road the night before and returning them under the house after pickup.

This is strictly enforced. brbrWe provide a starter supply of soaps, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, dish detergent, etc. This should be enough for your first day, but please plan to bring or purchase the filling items: Paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, toiletries, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your glorious vacation. brbrParking on the street is not permitted by local ordinance. Please park in the driveway only (no more than 4 cars in the driveway and 1 in each garage). Please stay off the dunes and only access the beach through the boardwalk and remove all personal items from the Gulf each day. Lastly, please do not lay towels, clothes, etc. on the balcony railings and all toys and flotation devices should be picked up daily.brbrWe require that an adult 21 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 21, no exceptions. Noncompliance with this rule will lead to immediate eviction without a refund.
