Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. This was our home until earlier this year so it has everything needed to have a lovely time. All we have taken is us and the clutter!
The space
The main living area is what we call the family room, it is like a kitchen, lounge and dining room all in one. There is a wood burning stove which can be lit if you want to feel extra cosy or want to roast marshmallows. The Sonos with Alexa provides the soundtrack.

Stayed Dec 23, 2022We found Robins Victorian Villa through VRBO after deciding to get away for Christmas. We were worried at first. Trying to find a property for 4 adults, 3 children aged 3-6 and 2 dogs. We didn't think we'd find anywhere suitable within budget. This property came up and had it all. It is such a beautiful house. Spacious and had everything we needed. The garden kept the children entertained for ages with the swing, pirate ship and trampoline and play house. Under the stairs was a an amazing secret play area. The bedrooms were spacious and accommodating. A good size living room for us all to chill and do presents The kitchen!!!! What a space. We spent most of our time here. Singing. Dancing. Playing and when it came to the big feast.... everything we needed was there and we had all 7 of us sit around the table comfortably. Robin was very good a communication and was extremely helpful with any questions. He made us all feel very welcome and we can't thank him enough for making our Christmas simple and enjoyable. I'd recommend this property over and over again. And I'd 100% recommend Robin as a property manager. Thank you, Robin. 5 star stay

Stayed Oct 21, 2022We stayed in Oct 2022 as 2 families comprising 4 adults, 3 children and 2 dogs. The property is gorgeous - we didn't want to leave... Robin and his partner have thought of everything, all the fixtures and fittings are quirky and high end - it feels like you are staying in a family house for the weekend. The house & garden is very much geared for families with a child gate on the stairs and plenty of toys / games / lego in the rooms (plus bonus kids hideaway under the stairs) - our kids had a ball! the garden is dog friendly with chicken wire round the perimeter, they had a great time trying to catch the local squirrels. The park & dog friendly beach nearby is fantastic.. we also took a short walk down to the sea front which was a 10 min stroll - had a fabulous dinner at the 'Harbour Light' pub which was highly recommended. Only thing i would warn about is the drive / driveway entrance - it is very narrow - bit of a squeeze in our Disco Sport. We hope we can make a return visit next year and enjoy some sun in your glorious garden! Thanks again!
