Enjoy the quiet beauty of this 6-bedroom villa (230m2) placed in Las Chapas Playa, secured urbanization at only 400 meters from Playa el Alicate sandy beach. Choose the complete relaxation offered by the private heated pool (4x10m, 0.8-2.2m depth) with 11 sun loungers, a pool table in the dining room, a ping-pong table outdoors and a cosy pergola placed in the spacious garden (590m2) that surrounds the villa.

~ Inside
This elegant villa is built on two levels, offering beautiful pool views and sea views from the upper terrace. On the ground floor, you have a spacious living room, two guest bedrooms, a kitchen, an en suite bathroom, a family bathroom and a laundry room. The living room is composed of a lounge area set up around a coffee table by a vintage brick wall. The comfortable leather sofa is placed in front of the flat-screen LG TV. The dining area is proper for a gathering of 8 guests. To maximise the quality of your time spent in this villa, we added a pool table in the living room.

On the ground level, you have a guest bedroom with a double bed (150x200cm), nightstands with lamps, a spacious wardrobe and an air conditioner. The second guest bedroom on the ground level has a double bed and a leather armchair with a coffee table, a wardrobe, and a nightstand with a lamp. This bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower with a rain head, sink with mirror and toilet. From the bedroom, you have direct access to the court.

The kitchen is equipped with all the utilities needed for a comfortable stay: oven, microwave, stove, coffee maker, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, induction vitro ceramic, extractor, toaster, water kettle and kitchen utensils. On the ground floor, you have a family bathroom with a sink and a walk-in shower cabin. The laundry room is fitted with a washing machine and dryer.

As you go up the stairs, you will get to the first level with 4 bedrooms (one of them en suite) and a family bathroom. The master bedroom has a double bed (150x200cm), nightstands and lamps with a shade. It allows you to exit on the upper terrace from where you have a beautiful sea view and may enjoy the view over the urbanisation. The en suite bathroom has a walk-in shower with a rain head, a sink with a large mirror and drawers. The following three bedrooms are all equipped with a double bed (150x200cm each), nightstands with lamps and an exit to the two terraces upstairs. They share a family bathroom equipped with a shower cabin, sink and toilet.

~Terraces and garden
The main terrace (24m2) placed on the ground level, is perfect for having a meal outdoors, as it is fitted with a rattan dining table for eight, from where you have a perfect pool view. On the first level, there is a 24m2 terrace that gives you a perspective over the neighbourhood and perfect sea views. You may enjoy a meal here, as it is equipped with a mosaic tile round table with four chairs. If you feel like just sitting and admiring the view, you have a lounge corner with four rattan armchairs around a coffee table. The second upstairs terrace is small (7m2) yet very cosy, with rattan armchairs. The plot is large (590m2) and is split into a garden with freshly cut grass and a patio with a 4mx10m private heated outdoor swimming pool with a shallow end (80cm) and a deep end (2.2m) accessed by Roman steps. Pool heating is charged extra from 450 euros/week - please inquire about the exact price as electricity prices are increasing daily. If you don't feel like walking 400 meters to the sea shore, you may have a sun tan on one of the 11 sun loungers by the pool. If you feel like having some fun, you can play ping-pong outdoors, in the middle of the manicured garden. When the sun is too hot, you may have a rest in the pergola with all the comfort that you need: a rattan coffee table, a comfortable rattan sofa and armchairs. You also have an outdoor ping pong table for enhancing the quality of your free time.

~ Neighborhood

The villa is located in the exclusive Las Chapas Playa, a quiet neighborhood of beautiful private villas. The entire area is secured and by night security guards patrol the streets.

~ Beach

The beach Playa el Alicate is at three minutes walking from the villa (400m). It's one of the best beaches in the area, with fine sand, a width of 25m, no rocks and moderate waves. The good thing is the medium occupancy which means that even in the busy summer months you can still find a place on a sunbed that you can rent from one of the beach chiringuitos. There are a few famous chiringuitos and beach restaurants right in front of the villa (South Beach, Los Sardinales, El Hipopotamo, Los Canos) that serve delicious international and local dishes.

~ Shopping/Restaurants

The nearest supermarket, SuperSol, is at just 700m (10min walking) from the villa. In the same area you have a very good German bakery and various restaurants like the Italian one, Da Fabio or Veranda Verde inside the Royal Tennis Club.The biggest mall and shopping center in Costa del Sol, La Canada, with over 150 shops, is only 8km (8min drive) away. Here you can find a large variety of products, from clothes to food or construction materials, including Al Campo hypermarket, cinema and bowling center. There are also other local supermarkets in the area (at just 5km), SuperSol, Mercadona, Lidl or OpenCor. It's important for you to know that all shops are closed on Sundays, except OpenCor (located at a 5 min drive) that is open 24h. The nearest restaurant is South Beach, at just 350m from the villa, right on the beach. Here you can also rent sun beds and spend an entire day relaxing on the beach with good food and great cocktails. Mozaic is another good restaurant opened all day, for breakfast, lunch and dinner and is located at only 450m from the villa.

~ Activities

If you are planning a golf trip, this location is ideal. There are three renowned golf courses very close to the villa (1.3km), Marbella Golf Country Club (designed by the legendary Robert Trent Jones Senior), Rio Real Golf (18 hole golf course with club house and wellness center, considered in the top 5 golf courses in Spain) and Santa Clara Golf (18 hole golf course, designed by Enrique Canales Busquets). If you are passionate about tennis, at only 700m from the villa you have The Royal Tennis Club. The Club is renowned for its clay courts, the best on the Costa del Sol, where racquet sport can be enjoyed in the fresh air, in a natural and tranquil environment. For your kids or for a family activity, we have the perfect place at just 4km, Aventura Amazonia Park, the largest adventure park in Andalusia. The area is also very well connected to nearby towns and cities, only 10 minutes drive to Marbellas city center (7km), just 20 minutes drive (18 km) to famous Puerto Banus, the pole of luxury and parties, and 40 minutes to Malaga International Airport (46 km).

    Our entire family from young to old enjoyed staying at this home. There are many options to spend the day along the beach (a downhill 8 minute walk), which means an uphill walk when returning but tolerable. It was a great base for touring the surrounding areas for those that like to explore. The space has private areas and communal areas depending on what you like to do. We loved the big kitchen and spent most of out time sitting outside on the patio for meals. The birds there are quite people friendly ??.I would highly recommend. The owner was very responsive to our requests, which was great. Just beware that there is 1 bathroom for 3 bedrooms upstairs so the line to showers can get long. The shower there has old plumbing and sometimes had a ugly odor but they did come to clean it when we complained about it. The master bedroom is perfect with a huge ensuite bathroom though.

    On the occasion of our 50th wedding anniversary, we went on holiday in Marbella for a week. Our whole family (9pp) enjoyed the weather, the beautiful surroundings and the great villa. Dragos' service is excellent, he helps where he can and is always easy to reach. An absolute must !

    Fantastic villa everything you need for a family holiday! Layout of the villa is prefect with two bedrooms downstairs ideal for young children and parents! Upstairs rooms all have a balcony off the bedroom. Master bedroom is big with big en-suite. There is a laundry room and shower room downstairs if needed. Pool table and sitting room great for time out! Kitchen fully equipped, massive gas BBQ table and chairs on a very attractive terrace over looking the pool. Pool has steps going into it perfect for children or those less mobile. Location fab 5 mins walk to supermarket, tapas bar, coffee shop, bar and restaurant in one direction then 5 mins walk to the beach in the other direction with an abundance of superb bars and restaurants! The sun Marbella team were brilliant

    We really enjoyed our stay in Marbelle. The house is Close to the beach with nice restaurants also within walking distance. The house is lovely with the pool, outdoor cabana and balconies. Our group of eight was well accommodated here. Thank you!!

    The villa was exactly as in the pictures (if not even better!), incredibly clean and couldn’t have asked for more. The pool was a bit cold but great for the hot days so we didn’t mind. Check in and check out was great and Dragos answered any questions we had quickly. It is a 10 minute drive from Marbella (about €8 Uber) and a short walk to a beautiful beach. Would highly recommend for large groups! Would love to come again.

    Dès l’arrivée ,les vacances commencent ... tout est comme nous l’avions vu sur photos (peut être une info manquante sur les 2 chambres en enfilade au rdc mais cela ne change pas grand chose). Chaque souci éventuel est réglé très rapidement .Je recommande
