Shared a great long weekend with my family and some friends here. Dave and Kim made this whole process so easy it kind of like I staying at a friend's home. The home was clean and they had everything you need, especially the little things that we usually forget when we go away. This will definitely be my go-to anytime I'm in the area.

Dave & Kim’s place was extremely clean, easy to find, private, and in a great location. The hosts were very responsive, provided helpful local recommendations, and easy to work with. The bedrooms were spacious and had plenty of room for luggage, etc. 5 stars for sure!

Great place, just as advertised, very close to the beach and restaurants. The house itself has plenty of space and everything you need. Dave and Kim were great hosts and very responsive, gave clear instructions and responses. Great area on the cape too.

Loved our short stay, wish we stayed longer! The location was awesome and the house had everything we needed.

We have a total of four bedrooms. On the first floor, you'll find two welcoming bedrooms—one with a cozy queen-size bed and the other with bunk beds (full-size over twin-size). On the second floor, there are two additional bedrooms for added comfort and privacy. The left-side bedroom is perfect for families, featuring a queen bed, a twin bed with a twin trundle, games, and a smart TV. The right-side bedroom has a twin bed and a cozy workspace with bean bag chairs for relaxation. The house is tastefully decorated with new furniture to ensure your comfort.

The first floor features a convenient full bathroom, ensuring you have all you need for a refreshing shower or bath. On the second floor, you'll find a handy half toilet room, adding to your convenience during your stay.

Should you require additional seating, we have extra chairs conveniently stored in both the basement and shed, ensuring that everyone can dine together comfortably. Our living room seamlessly connects to the kitchen, creating a welcoming open-concept space where you can relax and socialize while preparing meals. The flow between these areas ensures that you can engage with family and friends even while cooking or watching your favorite shows on the smart TV. Please know that the hosts provide all the bed sheets, blankets, towels, and pillows you'll need. You'll also find 3 rolls of toilet paper and 3 rolls of paper towels provided by the hosts. If you think you might need more, you can easily buy them at Bandera's market, which is just a 2-minute walk away, or at Ocean State Job lot, which is a 10-minute drive.

Serenity Now is conveniently close to the beach and many popular places to eat breakfast, lunch, dinner, and ice cream. There are also plenty of interesting shops and restaurants in Dennis Port Village. It's a great location to explore everything Cape Cod has to offer.

We're excited to share our lovely beach house with you! You have access to the whole home and property. Three days before your stay, you'll get the property address and your door code to get inside.

We want you to have the vacation you've always wanted. We'll check in with you by messaging from time to time, but mostly, we'll give you the space to enjoy your vacation!

There are so many things to do when you stay at Serenity Now! This charming place is just steps away from the best that Cape Cod has to offer. You'll have lots of great restaurants and bars to choose from within walking distance. You can enjoy seafood and cocktails at the Pelham House, or have tropical drinks at the Ocean House/Tiki Bar. Sea Street Beach and Grill is also nearby, where you can relax on the sandy beach and enjoy good food and drinks.

If you're feeling adventurous, you can rent kayaks and paddleboards from Sailing Cow. Or if you prefer something more relaxed, Garden Mini-Golf is a fun spot for the whole family. And after a day of activities and soaking up the sun, don't forget to treat yourself to some delicious ice cream at the Sundae School Ice Cream - a local favorite!

But that's not all - the charming Dennis Port Village is just a short trip away, and it has a wonderful mix of shops and boutiques for you to explore. Buckie's Cafe is also a great place to visit for tasty coffee and breakfast treats. - Minimum booking age is 25 and must show proof of a valid ID if asked

- We have an additional 5 Str Co-Host Guest Agreement separate from the booking platform. By booking this home, you agree to this process. The Guest Agreement is a legal document from our law firm that details the rules and policies for staying here.

- After you book, you’ll receive a message with a link to the Renter’s Agreement. Please read it carefully and sign it to complete your booking. Signing this agreement is required for your stay in our home.
