Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home is so bright, clean and well stocked, it’s just perfect. So many different seating areas we loved both patio rooms. Easy walk to the beach and on a quiet pretty street. Furniture was clean and lots of storage. King beds were not comfortable though and pillows gone flat, but it was end of season. I hope they get updated for our next stay next season. We would definitely rent again and I highly recommend this clean, spacious and modern home.

We had more than enough room for our family of nine people. We kept remarking on how beautifully the entire house is decorated. Every detail is thought out for a beach vacation. We were incredibly appreciative of how many extra items were in the house like scissors, Tupperware, games, etc. just so many things you would not find in your typical rental. The location of this house was perfect for our family. Just steps from the beach! Our little guy loved riding his scooter down to the beach and ice cream shop at the end of the street. Also perfect location to restaurants, shopping and other near by towns and attractions. We would love to stay for two weeks next year. Thank you for everything!!!

The A/C units (splits) are a bonus on those really warm days. Although, we did have a bit of an issue with the one in the master upstairs. Just never seemed to get cool enough.

The owners truly have thought of everything. The proximity to the beach is wonderful, just a few blocks away. The indoor space is beautifully decorated and all the cabinets are so well stocked with dishes, glasses, pot & pans, silverware, etc! The backyard has plenty of seating, two outdoor showers and a shed full of beach chairs and sand toys. Our kids and grandkids had a great time on our vacation and it is so nice to know that we will all be comfortable in such a nice home. I have been going to the Cape for over 30+ years and this is one of the nicest homes we ever rented. We will be back! We will be back for sure! Everything was comfortable, clean and beautiful. All the windows worked, the dishes matched, the bedding was pretty, the decor was artful, the TVs were new, two kinds of coffee makers, plenty of soft blankets, handy baskets, comfy couches, the owner of this home has paid attention to the details that make a vacation stay really wonderful. There were ample pots,pans,dishes and utensils as well as cleaning supplies and paper products. The living spaces were clean and comfy for games or just watching TV. The sunroof was our favorite spot! Love the location, close to beach and restaurants. Would definitely recommend this property for a larger group!
