This property is amazing, with the most perfect views of the water! The updated kitchen and bathrooms are very nice, with enough materials to get through your time there. The host is very kind and available if necessary. Would recommend!

The host was friendly and welcoming (remote…not on-site). The condo was absolutely gorgeous…amazing sunrises, a remote-control fireplace made it extra cozy.

This was our second time staying with Yiping and it was wonderful! From his care, communication, perfectly maintained condo, exceptional views, and perfect location, this is truly our wonderful home away from home! I asked my fiancé to marry me here, we celebrated our first anniversary here, and then after my father passed I brought my mom here for us to heal from our grief as a family. Thank you, Yiping !

This place was everything that I hoped for! Stunning view from the windows and balcony, and lovely soft sand beach for swimming and walks just outside.Modern interior is comfortable for cooking, lounging, socializing all with the sound of waves in the background and a beautiful Nantucket Sound ocean view and beach.

Our family has been to Cape Cod many times, but we've never experienced it like this. The views are incredible! Being able to fall asleep to the sound of the ocean, having coffee on the deck over looking the water, the views from the dining room table....I had to pinch myself to make sure it was real. It's absolutely amazing. The kitchen was fully stocked with plates, pots, and pans perfect for cooking our daily breakfast. So many amazing restaurants near by... It truly was an amazing vacation. We were so sad to leave. Our kids are 12 and 9 - they loved the bunk beds and how the bathroom was attached to their room. The couch was so comfy, and took a few afternoon naps. The beds were also very comfortable as well! Even though it was April, we had some perfect weather and enjoyed the beach too. Book this place, you won't regret it!

We had an amazing stay in this beautiful penthouse on the top floor of a beachside condo. Kitchen and living space were perfect for relaxing and staying cozy. You can't beach a beachfront property close to restaurants, coffee shops and shopping! Thank you so much for the perfect winter getaway and welcoming us into your stunning property. We had a wonderful stay in the penthouse condo! From beautiful views from every window to a cozy fireplace and comfy seating, our group had a lovely winter visit. It was the perfect location from which to explore the Cape!

The stay was wonderful!

This was my 2nd time staying at this property. Great top floor unit, spectacular views and location. Owner responded quickly to my text messages with issues (very wet shower mat hanging over shower door, very damp moldy smelling towels that were folded for us to use, light sockets that did not work; 1 was pushing into the wall when you tried to plug something in, master shower dial had piece broken off.) He explained it was the cleaning company and he would reach out to them and address this. I thanked him and explained stuff like this can result in poor reviews; I realize he is not nearby to check on these things regularly but needs a dependable cleaning co to manage the prop. The owner told me I could wash the towels to take care of the problem. I was very disappointed in his response. This was not a cheap rental. I did not feel I should be washing any towels. Then at 9:20 pm, on our last night, I received a text from the owner telling me the water would be turned off around 8:30 am for about an hour for some plumbing work and to please plan accordingly. Turns out the water never did get turned off and we were gone by 10:30 am. During all of this, the owner never once said the word 'Sorry' for any of the issues we experienced, including being told the water being turned off. Too bad, because it would have gone a long way and I would not be writing this review. The perception was that it was okay to inconvenience paying customers and that he owed them nothing.

The unit was beautiful. It was just as pictured. Spotlessly clean. The ocean views were spectacular. Very well appointed with all comforts of home. The host was very communicative. It surpassed our expectations.

The condo was gorgeous, but nothing could beat the location and beautiful views. Sitting on the balcony at night, listening to the waves crashing on the shore was the best. The water was incredibly warm. So many great restaurants and bars close by. It was a wonderful vacation!

The property was just as good or better than the photos. Communication with landlord was exceptional. Just a beautiful place to relax , loved the private beach with soft sand . Decided to not tour around and just stay the day at this home. Stunning view and nice size patio.

This house was our family vacation spot this year. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony, private beach, and beautiful kitchen where we hung out and played games overlooking the ocean. This was the perfect place for a quiet and relaxing vacation.
