Reviewer Comments: Having rented a Martha Murray property prior, we were confident that 17 Summer Street would be as quality an experience as we have enjoyed in the past. This lovely home was perfect for 3 generations...grandparents, grown children with their spouses and their little ones. Having a pool in the yard was a wonderful option for a beach break. The yard is beautifully landscaped with an abundance of hydrangeas and lilies. The furniture was comfortable and ample for all of us to enjoy each other's company. The decor was lovely and the kitchen included all that was needed for meal preparation. We are grateful to Martha Murray Realty as well as the homeowner for sharing this stellar property allowing visitors to have joyful memories of a Cape Cod holiday.

Inman Road Beach is an easy half mile walk up the road. We stayed with our college-age children and their friends, with plenty of room for everyone- it would be great for two families as well. We used the heated in-ground pool and spa every day, and the fire pit was a fun place to gather at night. The kitchen was well stocked and the grill was easy to use, so we were able to cook a lot during our week, but there were plenty of great restaurants nearby as well. The owner even made us feel welcome by raising the Maryland flag in front of the house, and greeting us with cookies from a local bakery. We remarked many times during our vacation how glad we were that we chose to stay at 17 Summer Street because it was so perfect for us.

The location was perfect to get to the wedding venue. The house was very clean. Wish you offered towels and linens for the rental. But you had everything else you would need during a weekend stay.

Furnishings were pretty, kitchen well stocked, and we all loved the pool and games to play in the basement. Owner Mr. Santos came to visit one day and chatted. Short walk to beach, ice cream and some restaurants. Bed linens, kitchen linens, bath towel and beach towels not provided. Overall, we enjoyed this home immensely!

The house is beautifully decorated with a well equipped kitchen and 2 washers and dryers. Sitting on the porch surrounded by hydrangeas is a treat. The pool was well used daily and was the game room every night. Thanks again for such a great vacation!
