When you arrive the beds are made with linens. All you have to do is put your luggage in your room and get your swimsuit on and get to the beach! Unlike most vacation rentals on the Cape, you don't need to bring sheets and make your bed when you arrive nor do you have to remove bed linens on the day of departure. This recently renovated home and guest cottages offers its' vacationers the unique experience of seaside living at your doorstep. It is a perfect setting for getting together with families and friends with closeness and privacy. The property accommodates 16 among the three homes. AC mini splits are in all three homes for your comfort. Breath-taking views of Nantucket Sound on a safe, sandy, warm water beach highlight this rental. There are 7 Bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms and 3 kitchens (so 3 refrigerators plus a beverage refrigerator!). All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans. Access to the beach is easy via our private stairway to step down to your own 100' private beach. Enjoy the luxury and relaxation of living by the ocean's edge, smelling the salt air, feeling the southerly breezes, bathing in the warm salt water, catching a fish from the jetties, or walking along the miles of open beach collecting shells at low tide. Or, you can just sit and watch the waves and the boats sail by. Enjoy all the comforts of home and the convenience of waking up and enjoying the beautiful ocean views and your own private beach. The Compound sleeps a maximum of 16 people (including children). Maximum adults is 14. (We are unable to give discounts; however, direct bookings offer lower rates.)

Seascape is the Main home on the property. It is a 2-story with Three Bedrooms and Two full baths. Ocean views from every room; including the bedrooms. This home has an open concept kitchen with island seating. It boast granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, two dining areas, and two living areas. The main living area opens onto the Nantucket Porch with a large glass slider, doubling the size of the living room, for ease in entertaining. The Nantucket Porch has a wicker lounge set and a matching dining set, great for breakfast in the morning, watching the ocean, or playing cards at night with friends. There are three lovely decorated bedrooms upstairs. The Master Bedroom has a Queen bed with flat screen TV, Bedroom #2 has a set of Twin Beds and Bedroom #3 has a double bed (A total of six can sleep in the bedrooms). There are two full baths; one downstairs and one upstairs. There is also an outdoor shower so you can rinse off after swimming. There are plenty of decks, outdoor furniture, and both a new four burner gas grill for outdoor entertaining.

The living room has a 60 Samsung Smart TV. The Master Bedroom has a 42 Smart TV. All new furniture in the Living Room. 16 Adirondack chairs are available to relax in during the day or in the evening while enjoying a glass of wine after dinner. You will love the outdoor dining overlooking the ocean. There are 2 tables that can seat 16 people. You are by the Ocean so no better place to enjoy the views..

The Two cottages; Starfish and Coral are mirror image of each other and tastefully decorated in a nautical theme. They have ocean views from the combination great room. Each cottage features two bedrooms and a full bath with tub/shower combination and can accommodate a family of five. Master Bedroom has a Queen Bed, and the Bedroom #2 has a Full-size bed with a Twin bunk bed overhead (sleeps five total in two bedrooms). New comfortable seating has been placed in the great room. This Family friendly property is ideal for ocean front dining on the stone patio, taking long walks along the sandy beach, and swimming and water sports in our warm Nantucket Sound. No need to drive or walk any distance as you are at the beach!
Plenty of additional activities available when you can tear yourself away from our beach such as shopping, grocery stores, restaurants, children's entertainment, theaters, golf, biking, and local fishing charter boats are all nearby. Don't forget to visit the Islands of Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard on a day trip.

BATH & BEACH TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED. TENANT MUST BRING OR RENT THEIR OWN BATH & BEACH TOWELS.
