Location is great and is close to beaches, restaurants, and shopping. The only suggestions I would make would be to have a fire pit in the back yard, trim back the bushes next to the driveway (it was a little hard to see oncoming traffic when backing out), and install a more modern elongated bowl toilet. The toilet is tiny, especially for bigger guys. :-) Really enjoyed this rental though and would consider renting again. Thanks!

So it’s always a nice time every time I go. Lots of memories too. So this was also a great holiday.

It was a nice house with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom , good size living room and kitchen and a small sun room on the side. The house has central air which I thought was nice but it sometimes had a musty smell so we only used the air when we came back from the beach and when we slept. The sun room also had some big flies and we couldn’t figure out where they came from. Over all we enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back again.

Very cute house and has central air with is a plus since we had a very hot week, which we loved! The house wasn't cleaned well before we got there and the umbrella to the outdoor table set was broken so we didn't have any relief to enjoy the deck. The property is kind of shabby and could really benefit from a patio or fire pit to enjoy summer nights with family and friends. Laundry would also be a huge plus.

Great property close to the beach and for biking and walking. Good size working fridge. Lots of good games. Air conditioning and outdoor shower were very much appreciated. The porch was great for watching the fireworks! Water stayed hot for showers. Great for family of 4 or 5.
