I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We made an unexpected decision to go on a week long vacation to the Cape, and discovered this house. It could not have been more perfect. The house was quaint and comfortable. The dead end road and yard were perfect for my children to safely play outside. We loved the convenient walk to the beach, the park, the walking trail, and Sundae School. We highly recommend this house.

Plenty of places to walk to, yet in a quiet and private space. Not modernized, but that’s part of the Cape Cod charm. There were window AC’s in each room so it was plenty cool. Beds were comfortable, shower had decent pressure and the place was clean.
