Artistic Townhouse Loft with plenty of light Is a marvelous space that captures a lot of natural light throughout the double height windows. It’s a small museum and a oasis of plants in the middle of the city. A very eclectic style from Mexican artisanal pieces from Chiapas, Guatemala & Michoacan to Contemporary & Antique art and furniture from different time periods from around the globe. Published in Paper and Pate as: “Colorful Mexico City Home Featured by Nyde” happy to share the article.

* as of January 2026 a neighboring lot has started a construction. Preventive measure for dust have taken effect but there will be noise from 9-6pm and depending on the advanced of the construction it can me insignificant or significant :s

The Space:
This is a contemporary modern town house with full view windows overlooking the wooden deck terrace. I decorated this house myself and its a very very eclectic style since i had to use some furniture that i inherited and started to collect some contemporary art pieces. We are very close to one of the biggest urban parks in Latin America and to some of the most important museums and art galleries.

Its a three story townhouse:

-Main entrance level: Two parking spots and the laundry room at the back of the garage

-1st level is the outdoor deck, living room, dining room, kitchen and 1/2 bathroom

-2nd Level is the guest bedroom with full bathroom. The bedroom overlooks into the living room and has views to the outdoor area. Its also the TV Room and projection room

-3rd Level is the main bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a private balcony.

I always receive my guests with a small bottle of mezcal so you can try out

Guest Access:
You will have access to all of the house there are only a couple of doors that are locked since i keep my personal belongings in.

The Neighborhood:
The apartment is in a hip neighborhood, steps away from an array of art galleries. Many shops, cafes, and resaturants are also nearby.San miguel Chapultepec is the coolest upcoming neighborhood its quiet and mostly residential which makes is safe and quiet but it has some of the best contemporary art galleries such as Kurimanzutto. There is free parking outside and parking inside. A few blocks from the metro station and strategically close to everything even the historical center.

Enjoy running at Chapultepec Park just a few blocks away and discover new hip restaurants and galleries at this local gem neighborhood, strategically close to Condesa, Roma, Polanco and even Lomas.

Getting Around:
Use uber or oficial airport taxis to get to the house.

The house is walking distance to the metro station Juanacatalan. There are two Sitio taxi stations even though I recommend to use Cabify or Uber.

Other Things to Note:
Its important you read the document I will send so you can move around easily

Great location with coffee shop, pastry shop, grocery basics and wine/liquor within 2 blocks. The unit itself is really fun and interesting to experience. Wonderful for 2 couples. Loved it!

We had a great stay, the loft was as advertised. The neighborhood is better than we expected with great restaurants and shops. Thanks!

Nice neighborhood. Lots of restaurants and art galleries in the area. Just note lots of stairs in the place. 1st floor bedroom is an open loft so note if anyone is downstairs it can by noisy. But place is clean and very cute. Host is very responsive and gets back pretty quick.

If you like to pretend you are an artsy metropolitan resident of the cities you visit (one of my favorite pastimes), this is the place. Eclectic style, homey vibe, plenty of space to spread out in comfortable surroundings. The neighborhood is hip in the daytime - lunch/brunch spots, galleries, etc. After 5:30 it's a bit sleepy, you'll probably want to head out to neighboring Condessa, which is close enough to walk. We had a little trouble with the hot water - sometimes it was there, sometimes not. Never met Santiago in person but he responded immediately every single time we reached out, we felt well looked-after. Overall, would definitely stay again.

This property was centrally located for many of the places we visited. On a quiet street, comfy beds, sweet garden. We were pleased with the accommodations.

The space is really beautiful and it is super close to Chapultapec Park, which is amazing ... it was our first trip to CDMX and we thought we had booked a place in a different neighborhood (our fault 100pc) ... but it was easy to get in and out of and the furniture and space are great.

Property was lovely architectural space with lush patio in great location. Very comfortable. However chilly at night until owner repairs heat. Up to four flights of stairs OK for most but tough for seniors. Owner was very responsive and available and eager to provide complete tourist information.

This was our second time staying at Santiago's place and we have always had an amazing stay. Santiago is great for checking in with you and has provided excellent recommendations on what to do around the city. We look forward to returning.
