Mi casa #2 at Polanco's most exclusive area

We were a party of three adults and two children, and we absolutely loved this place. The Polanco area is beautiful, clean, and felt very safe. We were able to walk to many restaurants and coffee shops from the apartment, which made the location perfect for exploring. The security guards were very friendly, and Jose was always there and extremely helpful. There was an iron in the apartment but no ironing board initially; when we mentioned it, they immediately purchased one and provided it for us. They were very responsive to all our needs. The rooms are nice and exactly as pictured. The only small drawback is that the bunk bed room is a bit small and somewhat separate from the main areas. Since our kids are older, it didn’t bother us much, but the room did feel a little tight for bigger kids. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

Perfect location, very clean. The owner/manager responded to our texts immediately, and were very pleasant. This building had doormen who were also very nice and helpful, we felt very safe and comfortable.

Great location, good check in and communication. Nice enough apartment, but hot showers were unreliable; better cleaning too would be welcome for bathrooms

We loved the property and would definitely stay here again. Great location. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops. A beautiful upscale and safe area. The front desk attendant was a bonus and super helpful.

Property was perfect for our family (4 adults and 2 children). The size and floor layout allowed for privacy and a place for everyone to hangout. Location is great. Close to restaurants, shopping and parks. Safe for walking. Would stay there again.

We came to Polanco for Semana Santa. The apartment was everything advertised and more. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. The best part was that it's in a great location. Safe, easy to walk and lots of fabulous restaurants nearby. We will be happy to stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay in Polanco, Mexico City. The apartment was spacious and clean and had all amenities we needed. But most of all, we really enjoyed the location, close to the main attraction Polanco offers, but on a quiet street, which made our stay very enjoyable. I would definitely book this great property for our future travel in Mexico City!

Excellent place to stay. For those with special needs, we had a couple of wheelchairs with us, with the exception of a couple of steps outside, and no wheelchair access to the restrooms, showers, and the small little service room converted into bedroom with a bunk bed; the place is pretty accessible with assistance.

Perfect condo in a perfect location. Very close to shops and restaurants, but on a relatively quiet side street. Lots of room in condo for 2 couples. Nice patio. Kind doormen. Great stay!

Great location, very nice apartment, good communication with the person in charge. I would be back. Actually I’m going back!
