Linda's Venice Beach House- Beach/Venice Canals 1 blk away

If we could give this place 6 stars, we would. Wonderfully located between the beach and canal district; everything you need, plus a wonderful owner, lifelong local, extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Just the best.

We loved our stay at Linda's place. The location was fabulous and she was the ideal host. Her home was exactly like the description and everything was so clean and worked perfectly. Linda helped us with anything we needed to know about the area and even loaned us a soft-sided cooler to take to the Hollywood Bowl. We had an amazing 5-night stay. We would recommend this place to friends and stay here again next time we're in the area. Thank you, Linda, for making this leg of our California vacation so wonderful!

We absolutely loved Linda’s place. Venice turned out a lot better than we hoped for, and being in her rental was a big part of it. It has an awesome location, you’re 30 seconds from the canals and 60 seconds from the beach. It’s close to everything – and yet, at night it’s quiet and serene. The place is clean, well-equipped, and really nice. For a family of four, it’s perfect. We met both Linda and Michael a few times and they were super-nice and gave great advice. We were 100% satisfied with this rental, it made LA great for us this time. (We more or less stayed on the beach the whole time!) Highly recommended!

We had an awesome rental experience. The place was just as advertised, in an excellent location between the canals and the beach, and the owners were great to work with. This rental allowed us to stay in a walkable area of a beach town while also being within a 30 minute drive of Hollywood and downtown LA. We would highly recommend this rental!

The location was perfect. Walk to many restaurants shops and the beach. Parking spot is key as it’s very hard to get parking in this area. The house has everything you need for cooking, BBQ, a day at the beach or even a family game night!

The property was incredibly nice and clean. Very near the beach and canals, and many great dining options. My nephew and I had a great time there!

My husband and I spent three nights at Linda’s property. This is by far the best place we’ve stayed in the six years we have been visiting Southern California. It is close to the beach, canals, and restaurants. We walked everywhere and felt very safe. Linda was the greatest host! The house was super clean and literally had every amenity we needed (kitchen supplies, bathroom necessities, etc.) Linda was a great communicator and made everything super easy. We didn’t want to leave and plan on going back next year!!

My husband and two teenagers had a great stay at Linda’s generously appointed vacation home. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable and she had absolutely everything you could ever want! Huge wins for our family were: lots of pillows, beach chairs, beach towels, plenty of bath towels, every appliance you could imagine. We felt very safe at her home and in the evening it was very quiet. We enjoyed sleeping with the doors open in the bedrooms as the security screen doors made us feel very safe. The back porch was so nice! I enjoyed reading my book and enjoying my coffee in the morning while my teens snoozed. The beach is a short walk (maybe a block and a half?) from the house and it was clean and quiet. The sand is smooth and there were no rocks so no need for water shoes. Linda gave us a great list of restaurants in the area and was very clear in her directions & quick to respond to questions. You will enjoy your stay at her home I am sure!!

Linda was very good at communicating through the whole process, easy check in..close proximity to beach and plenty of options to eat. Couldn't have gone any better. Thanks!

My stay was awesome. House was fully equipped with everything one would even think about needing. Very clean and the owner was a please to communicate with. She really picked the right name “Linda’s home away from home” because that’s exactly what it felt like.
