Simply outstanding in every way!

This was the MOST MAGNIFICENT property!!! We came for my son’s National Championship football game at Vanderbilt and were so, so pleased to find this beautiful home!!! We were a short walk from campus and loved how quiet it was even though it was in the heart of activity. With plenty of space for all, we loved this home!!! The master suite will blow your mind as will the beautiful kitchen and living space. We would have stayed longer if we could and will definitely stay again!!! The owners thought of everything…from the snacks and drinks upon arrival to the easy check out, it was a dream. Thank you for your attention to every detail!

Beautiful property, super clean, all the amenities, loved location, ease of check-in, the above and beyond with all of the body wash, snacks etc... Also loved the fact you don't have to do anything extra before you leave, it is all included. I would definitely recommend this to anyone taking a family or group trip to Nashville.

Our stay was incredible! Lauren was a dream host and very responsive. We didn't need a thing because she was so thorough in making sure we had all the info prior to check-in. There is private parking (garage and driveway) available and also free parking on the street. All of the rooms are very well decorated and stocked with all that you will need. Even fans and noise machines for sleeping soundly! We loved everything about this trip and the home was in a perfect location Ubers at our beckon call when needed that arrived in 2-3min window. We would definitely recommend!

Overall, great stay. Easy and timely communication with owners. This quickly solved some questions we had upon arrival. The bedrooms and baths were nicely appointed, linens plentiful, beds comfortable and pillows acceptably good. Loved sound machines in each bedroom. There is a lot of construction next door. They start at 6:45am and work until 5. You’ll need sound machines for that and for loud bar music from behind home. The noise was really our only complaint, but the owners cannot do anything about that. The townhouse suited us perfectly with 7 adults. Nice touch with provided shampoo and bath soap, plenty of paper towels and toilet paper.

The home was clean and as advertised. We did Thanksgiving dinner there and were grateful for a VERY well stocked kitchen. The construction next door made getting in/out and parking difficult - but out of the owners control. We would stay again.

We rented 2 townhouses for 16 of us and it was fabulous experience! From the initial contact through the check out process Lauren and Jenn were amazing to deal with and so speedy to reply. The condos are gorgeous and supplied with everything needed to make our trip so relaxing and convenient. Will definitely recommend and even be back again myself :)

Everything was as we thought it would and more. Lots of space and had all the comforts of home. We had a great time!

Four lifelong friends on a trip. Enjoyed being together in a home-like atmosphere with the privacy of individual bedrooms. Central location and convenient access to everything Nashville has to offer. Very well maintained and presented. Top notch accommodation - nothing lacking either in facilities, supplies or hospitality. We all collectively give this place a five star recommendation.

We were 4 couples coming in from out of town for a football game, this place was a great location to attend that and was an easy quick Lyft/Uber ride everywhere we wanted to go in the city. Super communication with Lauren, I'm a VRBO owner myself and appreciated her quick responses to the groups' questions before we arrived. Really enjoyed that each couple had their own bath and plenty of space for everyone to hang out! Great time had by all. We would stay here again!

We had the BEST time staying here for my sisters bachelorette. Lauren and Jen went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and effortless. Not only did they provide us with some drinks and snacks upon arrival, but they also left makeup towels and sound machines and ear plugs incase nearby construction got noisy. The beds were so comfortable, the house had everything we needed. It was so clean, comfortable, roomy and in a great location. I could go on--I cannot recommend booking this beautiful location more! This property is one of the best places we have stayed for a long weekend visit. It was very open with great bedrooms for all of our adult kids/spouses to stay and have plenty of privacy. The garage housed two cars along with a back driveway. The beds were very comfortable and everything was extremely clean. Great kitchen/family room area. We were in town for a concert and this was very convenient to all the amenities downtown Nashville has to offer. The host was fantastic to deal with and the goodies provided were an added bonus! I highly recommend.

We spent 5 days in Nashville and had a blast! Nashville rocks! Being able to stay in a huge luxurious townhouse just made our girl's trip even more special. The townhouse was very clean and stylish and the host was very kind and easy to contact. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Lauren for being such a great host!
