DINING ROOM: Beautiful dining room with a Restoration Hardware 10-person dining table, perfect for gathering over a meal or cocktails.

BACKYARD: You'll love the big fenced-in backyard featuring a 4-burner Char-Broil BBQ grill, fire pit, premium Polywood furniture, and café string lights overhead, perfect for al fresco dining and entertaining.

BEDROOMS: 4 bedrooms upstairs, all equipped with 40” 4K HDTVs, ample closets, and dressers. All bedrooms with King or Queen-sized beds. Comfortably sleeps 10 adults—no need for air mattresses or sofa beds!
