Bright & nautical beach home with enclosed yard & outdoor shower - walk to beach

Loaded kitchen with lots of extras if needed. Outdoor shower along with 1 and a half baths. Three bedrooms. AC if needed. Lots of fans if you want fresh air! Walkable to dinning and beach!

If you have children don't use the deck, there are rotted boards and nails sticking up. I banged them down but they may pop back up. The sliding door is really bad it needs to be replaced, opens okay but doesn't slide close to easily.

The house was clean. Check in was easy. The deck needs repairs as adults we were cautious around the areas of rotted wood, but one misstep would have resulted in an injury. The sliding door needs to be replaced, it doesn't slide smoothly. The bathroom fan in the master bedroom hums but doesn't work. The toaster, microwave and keurig need replacing. Where you have 4 adult guests staying for 6 nights I recommend leaving out more than 4 face cloths and 4 towels. We had to purchase a grill brush to clean the grill between uses.

The house was very comfortable for our week long stay. Good location for close proximity to restaurants or the beach. Hope to stay here again next year when we visit the Cape.

The home has some condition issues as did some of the amenities like the keurig and oven but the size was good.

The house was very clean and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. Felt like I was at home. Would rent there again.

Be aware that this property is managed by Vacasa, and you will have to deal with them upon booking. This is a no-frills rental, well-worn and in need of updating. House was noticeably dirty when we arrived.

When we booked this house in April, the listing pictures did not present the house the way it really was when we stayed there in July. We read bad reviews in June and contacted Vrbo so they would address the outstanding issues. Nothing was done to address our concerns prior to checking in. When we got there, we called vrbo to see if they could find us another place to stay but nothing was resolved. Air conditioners were held in the window with duct tape and cardboard, the entry window next to the door was broken and a filthy sofa was put in the living room that was so dirty that we wouldn’t sit on it. We were concerned about safety issues with the window air conditioners and the entry window with plywood boarding it up. The owner should be ashamed to rent this to people who trusted the pictures on the listing. Total rip off! Don’t stay here if you want to have an enjoyable vacation. What is even more disappointing is the lack of customer support from Vacasa.

The house worked perfectly for our stay. The back deck was great and the house was clean. Plenty of utensils, pots, pans, etc in the kitchen. The back slider didn’t work very well but we just used the side door.

Boarded up window at front entry .Shower curtain rod literally scotch taped in place .A strange man showed up at 9pm asking to put up blinds !!The outdoor shower which was marketed and advertised in the listing,looked like something out of a horror movie .It was a short 2 night stay so it wasn’t so bad .If I rented that house for a week and paid code cod rental rates for it ,I’d be furious.The owners should be ashamed of the way it looks it’s a vacation rental not a section 8 rental

So overall this property met our needs. It was definitely not the pictures that were online, it is very worn and in disrepair. The wood covering the window by the door handle was not cool and gave the appearance of a security issue. The screen door on back slider was completely falling apart, taped, ripped screen and we were afraid we would rip completely when opening. The shower rod was falling, we held it up with a skinny paint brush, which we left there. One of the twin beds box spring is completely ripped open at the end, very unsightly. There are boards rotting on the deck and railing, I would fix before someone falls through at some point. Air conditioner unit filters were filthy, that’s not ok. Overall housekeeping had it clean and it was well stocked kitchen. The deck was spacious and furniture and umbrella new, as well as grill. Lights went out when hairdryer was used, we found circuit box.
